His diagnosis was that candles were being burnt but he said if the problem continues call me and I will send a tech to look at the coil. Today they sent Norm to check the coil and to determine why the filters are turning black. The coil is squeaky clean and the theory is that they are still burning candles, have verified that candle burning is still going on. The recommendation is to clean ducts next spring or sooner if the problem persists. Good job done by a friendly tech, my only quibble was that the lady on the phone told me the tech would be there between 9 and 9:30 and she had actually allocated me in a four hour window between 9 and 1. I wasted 45 minutes waiting and had to drive back home. Scheduling needs a slap in the hand

I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I remind you, that I did not buy the equipment or have the install done by Tower Heating and Air, as I live about an hour away, but Reggie still took the time out of his incredibly busy morning to help me out. It is hard to find customer service like this these days, but Tower Heating & Air provides just that. They have gained a customer in me moving forward, as I will be contacting them about a new water heater in the very near future. Thank you again to Reggie and his team for going above and beyond for my family. -Travis

I also had Dave look at my upstairs attic furnace and they fixed the shoddy work that my home warranty company performed 1 year earlier. Come spring I had Dave come out and look at my AC units which the was the oldest unit and was not keeping it at the low temperature we wanted. He looked at it and had to add 2 lbs. to the unit and said it had a slow leak in it, but it did not need replacement just yet, maybe in about 2 or 3 years. Dave was on time and fixed everything that needed to be fix and explained the health of both furnaces and AC units. Good work and trust in a company is hard to come by.

They are super helpful and provide fast solutions (including one time talking us through something over the phone so we were able to resolve an AC problem without a service call). When they replaced our 36 year old HVAC system a few years ago, we signed up for their Comfort Club for the seasonal tune ups and priority appointments. We woke up this morning and discovered that our heat was not working - they were at our house fixing it within a couple of hours. So impressed with the fast service!

He did his thing, we had a chat, seemed like a nice guy, said he couldn't give me a quote immediately as his laptop was dead. Fair enough. Told me to expect it either over the weekend or on the Monday. No quote was forthcoming. I followed up 3 times over the next few weeks to try and get the quote. Finally, to give one last opportunity before I wrote a review, I called 2 weeks ago and was told the technician would call me back that day. Not surprisingly I heard nothing. I can only assume that the tech is assuming this job isn't worth his time as he'll make more elsewhere. Really wanted it to work out with these guys. I know a couple of guys who know the owner/manager and they have alot of good things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't even get a quote.

I reached out to my warranty company on a Sunday and I did not expect to hear back from the business until the next day since it wasn't a regular business day. But I was contacted by Janelle later that evening to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. Jeff came to my house the next morning during the time frame that I was provided. He texted me with an ETA when he was on his way. He introduced himself when he came inside and put on shoe covers. He did not have a mask on but told me that he would wear one if I had one after I asked him about it. Jeff was professional, personable and kind. He explained what he did and planned to do. The repair was quick even with him having to go to the store to get a part. He also showed me the old part that he replaced. Jeff did not have any receipts on hand to give to me but he did email me a copy later. I have not had an issue since it was repaired. I would recommend them for your HVAC repairs.

I've been using Absolute Air Care for over ten years. Can they send someone out right away?…read more Probably not. But that's an acceptable condition for me in order to work with an experienced, trustworthy group that will not bill unnecessary services. I once called them out to replace a 40-yr old unit. Instead of quoting another $10k+ estimate I had received from 2 other companies, Absolute offered to repair it for $180! Needless to say I was floored and have been a devoted client ever since. On the day of the appointment, he called and cancelled. A few days later, he sent his assistant. Since I had specifically asked for him, I phoned for an explanation and he claimed there would be further, and likely extensive, billing and tests before the problem could be found. I fired them then and there. We're all familiar with broken/loose appointments, high prices and poor service from monopolies like Ma Bell and TimeWarner. One would think however, that small businesses like Absolute Air Care would remember that whether customers are treated fairly or poorly, they are going to tell everyone.
