I reached out to Jay's Heating and Cooling this morning and within 10 minutes they reached out. I explained what was going on and they dispatched a tech in less than 90 minutes. Dave came out and went right to work investigating the system, what we had, and the way it was setup. 15-20 minutes later he had it all figured out and was on his way. He also explained a few things to help us manage the house temps, air flow and what type of filter we had along with how often to change it out. Extremely helpful and friendly.
