This business was selected by my warranty company to come to my house for a heat issue that I was having. I reached out to my warranty company on a Sunday and I did not expect to hear back from the business until the next day since it wasn't a regular business day. But I was contacted by Janelle later that evening to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. Jeff came to my house the next morning during the time frame that I was provided. He texted me with an ETA when he was on his way. He introduced himself when he came inside and put on shoe covers. He did not have a mask on but told me that he would wear one if I had one after I asked him about it. Jeff was professional, personable and kind. He explained what he did and planned to do. The repair was quick even with him having to go to the store to get a part. He also showed me the old part that he replaced. Jeff did not have any receipts on hand to give to me but he did email me a copy later. I have not had an issue since it was repaired. I would recommend them for your HVAC repairs. read more

Our air conditioning went out on a really hot day. Our Warranty company originally assigned a different company that had ONLY awful reviews, so I called to change it. We were then assigned Mechanical HVAC. I called to set up an appointment and they were able to fit us in the same day. They gave us a 2 hour time slot and even showed up early, which I appreciated because it was close to 90 degrees in the house. The technician was very friendly and explained the issue. It was a quick fix and he was gone. I appreciate the honesty and explanation of the problem. It was a great experience. read more

Our A.C. went out last week, I called my home warranty co. They sent out Mechanical HVAC to diagnose the issue, they came the next day, diagnosed the problem sent it to my warranty co who took a couple days to order the the parts, by that time the weather changed and now we were freezing. Impatient and cold I kept calling and emailing Mechanical HVAC, you talk about patience, one of the owners, Janelle was outstanding despite the emails and messages I left. She should have said we are not going to service you, but she didn't, she explained that the parts hadn't gotten there yet and assured me she would text me when they arrived, she even called the freight company to do find out when they were going to be delivered and immediately called to let me know. When the parts got there, they were here the next day, first thing in the morning. The tech that came out, Brayton, he was very polite and personable and got us up and running quickly, tested everything to make sure it was running like it should ,before he left. I HIGHLY recommend Mechanical HVAC! I will recommend them to anyone asking for and outstanding HVAC company, even if I don't know them. read more

Amazing Service! Brayton came out thinking that he would probably be at my home for about an hour. Not the case. He actually ended up staying over four hours to fix my HVAC system. He found another issue that he knew would cause additional issues soon and wanted to ensure that it would not. He even called up "back up" (Josh) to ensure all was done correctly. Courteous and professional call taker. Took down my complaint verbatim to pass along to the tech. Responded in a timely manner. Got an appointment for the next day and was told they'd be here between 8-9 am. The tech was here at 8 sharp. Diagnosed the issue, worked with our home warranty company to get the work covered by our policy, had the parts, made the repair, and talked us through it all. This group has worked with me for some time on an old system through my home warranty. The compressor finally gave out and they were authorized to replace the heat pump and air handler. Everything was done extremely well and professionally. I had zero cleanup which is a plus when compared with other groups that have worked on my system over the years. The old system was removed and taken away, the hole through the bricks from the old system was patched, a new concrete pad was put in place after work was done on the soil and roots to make sure it was level. It looks 100% better both outside and under the house, plus the operation is a major improvement over the outdated unit that was replaced. It was close to an 10 hour job and they stayed until the new system was up and running. All of the staff and the office were extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive along with constantly keeping me up to date on the status and scheduling of work. I would highly recommend this group for any heating and cooling work. I worked mainly with Josh and Janelle who are both excellent. I am sorry I can't recall the name of the other technician right now as I write this who worked on this install and had worked here previously who was also excellent to work with. read more

Jerry, my service technician, came right on time and was very helpful when inspecting and running diagnostics on my unit. My system is pretty old, and he gave me some tips and things to watch out for. He replaced the capacitor and I was originally charged $301. This seemed pretty steep to me for a $65 part, and it took him all of 10 minutes to replace. I called the office afterwards and spoke to Janelle who explained to me the flat fee structure. Despite the fact that I agreed to the price and signed with Jerry, Janelle was courteous, professional, and gave me a nice discount. This was very much appreciated, and I look forward to doing business with them again. read more

Mechanical HVAC Services and especially Brian Haws, the owner of the company, saved our day! Wouldn't you know, the A/C in our office quit working mid-June on an extremely hot day! We were struggling to find anyone that was able to come out "same day"... until we came across Mechanical HVAC. The receptionist that answered the phone was very nice and pleasant, even when I said we wanted to find someone to come out today (which is a little on the demanding side!). She talked to the owner, and he personally came to our office within an hour. He fixed the part immediately (capacitor needed to be replaced) and was very kind and helpful. Needless to say, we will be signing a contract with this company for quarterly maintenance, and I will tell everyone I can about their residential and commercial services! read more

This company was called out as a second opinion by my home warranty service. My Hvac unit had known problems and was not cooling efficiently. I was not home at the time they came for the diagnostics. Unfortunately with whatever they did to it, the unit stopped cooling at all with and a few hours after they left, once I got home it was around 99 degrees inside the house. One of my disabled aunts was going into heat exhaustion. I called the company immediately and being that it was around 5:30 it went to voicemail (which I believe was full). I contacted the home warranty company and explained the urgency of the situation, being that it was a Friday. They contacted the emergency line for the company and left a message. The home warranty company also reluctantly gave me the number for the emergency line, on which I left several messages. They never contacted me back and my home was left unlivable until I could get someone else to come and fix it. A total disappointment!!! read more
