As a first-time homebuyer, the process of purchasing a home can feel completely overwhelming - but…read morePatrick Eitel made every step of the journey feel manageable and, honestly, enjoyable. From day one, he put my mind at ease and it was immediately clear that he is 100% in his client's corner. Patrick is the rare combination of transparent, personable, and deeply knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the homebuying process - mortgages, taxes, inspections - in a way that actually made sense and never felt rushed. The moment that truly set Patrick apart? I had a last-minute request for an additional inspection right before the close of the option period. I called him on a Friday evening not expecting much - and by Saturday morning, he had an inspector on site. I still can't believe he pulled that off. That kind of hustle and dedication to his clients is truly rare. What also surprised me is that Patrick's support didn't stop at closing. Even after the transaction was complete, he has continued to be a go-to resource - helping me find trusted electricians, plumbers, and landscapers, and even walking me through how to navigate my home warranty. That level of ongoing care goes so far beyond what you'd expect from a realtor. Patrick isn't only real estate agent - he's a trusted advisor. If you're buying a home, especially for the first time, do yourself a favor and work with Patrick Eitel. You won't regret it.

A realtor in San Diego connected me with Joaquin in Austin after I had a pretty terrible experience…read moremy first go round. Joaquin kicked off the convo and my search swiftly. I was quickly introduced to his partner, Nick Moss. I worked day in and day out with Nick while Joaquin guided us both. My initial search quickly took a turn as Joaquin was straight forward about the numbers and my end goal. I really appreciated the directness with such a large investment. Nick was an AMAZING realtor to work with on the daily. We quickly built a relationship and I felt very comfortable explaining what I wanted and he got the job done. Nick has a way with people that is very welcoming, I can see it throughout convos across teams within this process. Joaquin is a phenomenal realtor. He pays attention to detail, steps in between convos with the teams when needed most and challenges all teams and the client in the best way possible. I could tell Joaquin has had years of experience under his belt with the way he guided the $$ convos and steered the client, aka me. Highlighting a major memory for me- The day of signing documents Not only did they sit through the new home orientation with me for a few hours, we got a bite to eat, signed, popped some champagne to celebrate and a few days later after I moved in, I received some wasp spray. Sounds random, I know. I mentioned during walk through that I was terrified of wasps and didn't know what to do if the nest came back. Joaquin ordered wasp spray and had it sent. All of these little moments meant a lot to me, especially with out family in Austin :) Last 'little moment' item that was major for me, all reminders were added to my calendar during walk through. The team added every suggestion and requirement given during my first home orientation. This is huge, information overload for sure while navigating this process for the first time and alone. I hold this experience close to me, the team treated me like a family member in parallel with taking care of the end goal swiftly. I have already recommended and referred Joaquin and Nick and will continue to do so! Keep crushing it!
