They took the time to explain every step of the speech evaluation and really listened to our concerns, showing genuine empathy. Communication was clear and consistent, and all of the therapist's gentle approaches made my child feel comfortable and motivated. He was always so excited to go and see his speech therapists. I am grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for speech therapy for kids. We unfortunately had to transfer to a different Speech Therapy company due to pressure from my sons school needing to have the speech therapist at the school and Speech Therapy Solutions having an extensive waiting list for in classroom therapy (but that just tells you how great they are to be quite honest). She was covered with feces in hair nails skin,stank so bad I didn't want to put in my car..I asked b to see person in charge they said someone had changed her recently ,I pointed out the conditions .I then took pictures of her hair nails clothes and the fact she could not sit at all she was contracted from laying flat so long .Drove her to rex where i was told she was missing 8 vitamins in her bloodwork she was malnourished only 8o lbs and wouldnt live 24 hrs....she never had covid she was there for rehab...cutts family

Abruptly ended OT service which was a huge surprise to individual therapists and patients before…read morethe end of the school year. Perhaps worse was that they dropped the ball with insurance who notified us that they would no longer be covering our OT sessions due to "lack of progress". This was after they abruptly let go of their OT staff and so, I assume, had no interest in communicating the gains that my child made in OT. His therapist was wonderful and effective. He made a lot of gains during that time. We are now forced to pay out of pocket because of their mismanagement. They also received full payment from insurance and us for several sessions. It took some time to straighten that one out. It is just a very poorly managed business, with no understanding of working with insurance companies to maintain service. Look for services elsewhere.
