When he aged out of Sheryl's demographic range and had further surgeries, we were paired up with Ansley who has been wonderful as well. She helped him regain function in his dominant hand after an amputation and helped him learn to rely on his other hand while he was in a cast. I can't imagine where she was looking to determine the…read morefacility was "clean" - I was afraid to touch anything (the wall by my bed had multiple stains that would have lit up like a Christmas tree if someone shined a UV light on them!), and I wanted to go through a decontamination process after sitting on the toilet seat. As if that wasn't enough, the cockroach colony was huge and most of the nurses were mean and unresponsive and the food was inedible and not consistent with encouraging healing and wellness (one meal was PB&J on white bread, alone). NOBODY should have to endure staying at this place.

Abruptly ended OT service which was a huge surprise to individual therapists and patients before…read morethe end of the school year. Perhaps worse was that they dropped the ball with insurance who notified us that they would no longer be covering our OT sessions due to "lack of progress". This was after they abruptly let go of their OT staff and so, I assume, had no interest in communicating the gains that my child made in OT. His therapist was wonderful and effective. He made a lot of gains during that time. We are now forced to pay out of pocket because of their mismanagement. They also received full payment from insurance and us for several sessions. It took some time to straighten that one out. It is just a very poorly managed business, with no understanding of working with insurance companies to maintain service. Look for services elsewhere.

Run the other way. We were very happy with this practice and our son's speech therapist.
