Abruptly ended OT service which was a huge surprise to individual therapists and patients before the end of the school year. Perhaps worse was that they dropped the ball with insurance who notified us that they would no longer be covering our OT sessions due to "lack of progress". This was after they abruptly let go of their OT staff and so, I assume, had no interest in communicating the gains that my child made in OT. His therapist was wonderful and effective. He made a lot of gains during that time. We are now forced to pay out of pocket because of their mismanagement.
They also received full payment from insurance and us for several sessions. It took some time to straighten that one out. It is just a very poorly managed business, with no understanding of working with insurance companies to maintain service.
