I HIGHLY recommend UpNorth Storage Containers if you are looking to purchase a container.

My wife and I were bummed when the Woolrich Outlet in North Conway NH closed. THEN we found out that the long-time manager of the store opened his own shop in the village to keep the product line in town! He has a super location in the village, which makes it fun to get out on the town. The product line is also much more than just Woolrich. Names like Acorn, Royal Robbin and ArborWear completely compliment the Woolrich line of what we call "comfort clothes". In fact, the owner, Matt introduced me to Arborwear's heavy over-shirts, which are now my favorites. I also noticed that they keep their prices as low as anywhere else including the catalog. Highly recommend a visit to The Rugged Mill on Main St. in North Conway NH!

T-shirts were around $30 and didn't seem like they were great quality, and many of the other souvenirs were similarly overpriced. Yesterday we had our second rental this summer and we felt that the customer service could have been much more pleasant and accommodating. We waited 30 minutes for our pontoon to be ready and were told by Lee Conary that he would not take anything off our rental. 'I don't do discounts'. He also was trying to tell us we had only been there a few minutes when we knew exactly when we arrived, and just generally was rude and short. As lovers of Kezar Lake and regular customers out of necessity, we simply want to state how disappointing it is, once again, that there is not more kindness and care consistently.

I stood at the checkout patiently, I know the staff saw me and after a long wait, someone finally asked me if I needed help. I had placed items for purchase on the counter. I mentioned yes I would like to shop items in the locked glass cases. While shopping apparently a lady who seemed to be in charge was busy talking phone calls (behind the counter), glanced at me as if I, as a customer, was an annoyance. Still, I waited patiently. Another issue for the staff seemed to be a pending delivery at the back door. Who should be available when the delivery person arrived. Meanwhile, I stood there apparently invisible. When I was finally helped, the lady who helped me was very nice. Checkout was slow and tedious. It seemed as if actually selling items was also a chore and a bother. Today, back home I would have enjoyed buying additional items; however, I live in Florida. I called ti inquire about online purchases. Nope came the reply with the same irrigation received in person. The website is, well, shows the amount of effort these artisans apply to selling. Perhaps they like the stuff and like to label and price by hand. Like a hobby. That's it! This is a hobby not a serious place of business. I'm sure everyone there are super nice. But nice doesn't translate to building a business that has amazing potential. Imagine a catalog.
