I called Fortified and was promptly greeted over the phone and given a price for the lockout service, and he said he would be at my location in about 30-40 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes later, Chad came to my rescue and was able to open my car in a matter of seconds! He was so friendly and professional, and the price he gave me on the phone was exactly what he charged me, didn't try to upcharge me last minute like some other places do. They also take credit/debit cards in addition to cash, which is a lifesaver because it's hard to find cash in unexpected situations like this. I would highly recommend Chad and his Fortified team to everyone!

I locked my garage and needed a locksmith to open it, so I figured I would also ask him to re-key 4 locks and while he was there, I asked him to see if he could get my front door to close more securely (the weather stripping was causing it not to close all the way and my keyless entry wasn't working as a result of it, so I had to take the weather strip out to make the keyless entry work) He came to my house at 8am on a Saturday morning, drilled the lock in the garage, re-keyed the 4 locks, changed out 1 of the door knobs AND fixed the front door so I could put my weather stripping back in. He suggested several things that he could do to save me money and when it was done, the total bill was only $70! He was very friendly and helpful and was genuinely concerned with saving me money. I can't express how pleased I was with him.
