They said they would notify me when they had the part Attempts to verify if they had the part or when they may return to finish the repair were ignored. After three months of waiting I took care of the repair with another vendor. The door guy has apparently forgotten without the customer he would not be in business I will not be referring The Door guy to any additional jobs. When the cleaner, Nellie arrived, she was multiple hours later from the scheduled start time. The house was left for the cleaning to be done and upon our return no cleaning was done and Nellie was gone. It was a 3 hour window. When we came into the house, we discovered my wife's wedding band was missing, at which point we called the police. Later on we noticed my future brother in laws AirPods were missing as well. This information was relayed to the police and the AirPods were tracked to Nellie's residence. The AirPods were found there. Denise claims that Nellie is an independent contractor and she has no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately it comes down to the caliber of talent hired that a company is judged on and THEFT is a low caliber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE USED BY ANYONE FOR THE THEFT THAT OCCURRED.
