This explains why it was running so inefficiently after he was done with the "cleaning". Also, when he closed up the front of the furnace, he allowed insulation to get caught up on the threads of one of the closing bolts which means that the nut will have to be cut off and replaced. To force it would break the bolt holding the door closed. Besides the $185 he charged for the cleaning (he was quick to cash the check), it will cost me over $400. to have my furnace repaired to the condition it should be in. He also told me that he would check out the price of a new combustion chamber and get right back to me. He never did. This guys work was a disaster!

When the cleaner, Nellie arrived, she was multiple hours later from the scheduled start time. The house was left for the cleaning to be done and upon our return no cleaning was done and Nellie was gone. It was a 3 hour window. When we came into the house, we discovered my wife's wedding band was missing, at which point we called the police. Later on we noticed my future brother in laws AirPods were missing as well. This information was relayed to the police and the AirPods were tracked to Nellie's residence. The AirPods were found there. Denise claims that Nellie is an independent contractor and she has no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately it comes down to the caliber of talent hired that a company is judged on and THEFT is a low caliber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE USED BY ANYONE FOR THE THEFT THAT OCCURRED.
