(will be more owed due to damages) see you in court!! this business does not have the equipment to do this type of work. could not haul off the cement from the tear up, he used our truck with his trailer and we had to pay $900 at the dump but he indicated he had a fill place!!! had to use our wheelbarrow and hard rake. june 30 deadline to pay has come and gone, legal process begins. see you in court for money paid for services not rendered and for damages to fence, pool coping and back yard!

Contracted with Canyon Springs to level out and slope our yard away from the house last September…read more I was told they would bring in loam to reach railroad ties as the back of the property. The loan ended about 10 feet short of the railroad ties and the there are still low spots that fill with water. Half the lawn the grass grew and half didn't. I emailed a follow up with a picture and was told "Let's see how it drains." Followed that up with another email which I never received a response to. I will now have to spend additional money to fill the low spots they didn't and reseed half the lawn. Would not recommend this company.

We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need.
