started concrete removal may 27th, still more to remove!! did some shifting of dirt and packing,…read moretook apart our fence (still apart and wearing as not secured, it moves in the winds, damaging). nothing else has been done, paid over $7,000 and he blames us for date issues. he doesn't show up when he says and he has showed up without our knowledge. we know what was agreed upon, i feel like i've been taken advantage of. i saved a long time for this project, i'm a disabled female veteran from iraq war and that pool area was my sanctuary!! joshua ruined it and i'm back to crippling anxiety and depression because he was overpaid and my back yard is completely torn up! i thought he was trustworthy, a good person - no!, this will take time for me to get over physically & mentally so in the meantime, taking him to court! i can't trust him at this point, it's done! you're fired, no longer comfortable with you or your work! $7,000 paid and just he just tore up back yard on may 27 & 28. showed up one other time and then waiting on cement truck. demanded return of $4,o00 by june 30, 2025. (will be more owed due to damages) see you in court!! this business does not have the equipment to do this type of work. could not haul off the cement from the tear up, he used our truck with his trailer and we had to pay $900 at the dump but he indicated he had a fill place!!! had to use our wheelbarrow and hard rake. june 30 deadline to pay has come and gone, legal process begins. see you in court for money paid for services not rendered and for damages to fence, pool coping and back yard!

I knew I was in good hands when he explained what he suspected caused my issues, in a way that made sense to me as a non-electrician. The cost was very fair for the work that was done. Joshua responded almost immediately to my request. He was kind, professional, courteous, and…read moredidn't shame me for the fact I know less than dirt about electrical work. We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. And, I'll be telling everyone I know about him, for sure. Plus, he's a family guy, loves his wife daughter and talks about them with lots of love and pride. To me, that goes a long, long way when I think about who I want to support with my money.
