The staff was super helpful and efficient even though there were several customers ahead of us, they got us all set up quickly. They gave me a couple options for demo skis and recommended a pair that worked out great. The return of the gear was very easy, we wound up keeping it 1 day longer to ski more and they had no issue with it, we just settled up at the end. They also have a lot of other winter gear and very reasonable prices.

I wrote a positive review years ago, but I have to write another one. Yesterday, they insisted for me to write down my credit card number on their form (a big no-no in this day and age). When I questioned it and pointed out that they never did that in previous years, they lied about it, and then said if I was not happy, I could just leave the skis and go elsewhere. Nice! From the guy that checks you in to the guy who handles fitting you for rentals (and was the same guy that gave our group their lesson), to the people in the restaurant that carried our food all the way out to a picnic table outside * Full breadth of trails for all abilities -- long, interesting trails that are very well maintained * Priced right for what you get We had done zip lining at a different place earlier in the week and the price for the zip lining was almost the same as the "Find Your Ride" package that included a full day lift ticket, bike rental (along with helmet and pads), and an almost 2 hour lesson that included a trip down the Freedom Trail (easiest trail). The bikes were all in very good working condition and were prepared for us prior to arrival based on the height and weight info we provided during registration. There is far more physical fitness required for this than expected. It's not like zip lining where you just sit in a harness and hang on. Your quads and upper arms and hands will all feel the burn after the second ride down -- we did 5 rides and were absolutely exhausted by the end -- and we consider ourselves rather fit. The good news is that the food options were great (more than just hotdogs and chicken fingers -- check out the menu online) and they have a dozen decent beers on tap so if some of your group wants to pack it in after a couple rides, there is enough to keep them occupied while waiting. There are picnic tables with umbrellas or you can sit inside. Our biggest complaint is the online waiver process. It is so long and doesn't account for families signing up -- all the information had to be repeated multiple times. It also asked for things like Drivers License # and that seems over the top for a MINOR's waiver! Please, this needs to be more reasonable and ask for names, birthdates, and phone number and email address -- and if the parent is filling it out for the kid, it should only require name and birthday -- the kid doens't have any ID documents.

My husband and I rented bikes to take to ride on Rails-to-Trails and we had a great time! I made my reservation online a few days ahead of time. When I got to the shop they checked over the bikes and made sure they were in good working order before sending us out with them. The guys double checked that we had everything we needed - helmets, water bottles, etc., and we were on our way. We ended up riding about 30 miles on the bikes, absolutely no issues. The bikes were smooth and easy rides. My husband thought his bike was so comfortable that he's looking into getting one similar back home. I will say, the shop gets busy. Aside from myself and my husband there were four people already in the shop looking for services on their bikes. Bonus though- the two very friendly shop dogs who were there that day. Parking - the store does have a private lot on Riverglen Lane, though it fills up quickly. Further down the road there's public parking which is within walking distance. There's bike parking right next to the shop door.
