There were plenty of parking and the employees were friendly. We went late May so many of the winter items were on sale. We bought a couple of sweaters for under $20. There were some cute shirts as well. I think the prices were pretty affordable and the quality is great. Always check the clearance sections, that's where I find the gems.

In the coupon booklet from customer service, it advertised 10% off of $75 "before discounts". What was confusing was the price they should be using to calculate the $75. I had a top marked $54.99 and a pair of pants marked $49.95 which would've been over $75 before the discount. The employee at the register was unhappy (prior to my arrival to the counter) that the regional manager had not yet made a determination on how to calculate what the basis is to apply the 10%. When salesperson rung in my two items after the discount, they did not exceed the $75 so she concluded that the 10% did not apply but kept looking at the other sales person for confirmation ...who shrugged his shoulders. They all seemed frustrated by how this promotional offer worked. For me, it wasn't worth the wait and the frustration to save $7, so I still purchased my two items but that left a sour taste for me and their lack of customer service.

The shining star of this business is Steve in the art department - he is incredibly creative, highly productive and has stellar follow-through and response time. He can turn a rough sketch or idea into a contemporary design with an endless variety of interesting fonts and I don't think you even have to pay extra in many cases for this invaluable creative service. Additionally, if you are waiting on a communication during your ordering process (the staff is friendly, but can be casual) or want to double-check correct colors, etc. Steve can be counted on to get right back to you with accurate, updated information.

I have 2 pair of Gringo brand boots from Spruce Hurricane. Soooooo friggin stylish and even more comfortable. Amber Dalton, the shop owner, is beautiful, smart and sassy, and she knows her sh** when it comes to fashion! She can fit you head-to-toe and make you look like a Rock Star (or Country Starlet) in no time. And, if she is not in the building, one of her amazing staff members is there to assist. I don't know how it happens- but it's impressive. Staff there is is defiantly involved- so depends if you're good with that or not- I personally find it helpful. I'm a lover of fur - and unique things- so probably where I get sucked in. If you need to buy for someone that has everything and expensive taste- It's perfect.
