My headlights were yellow and foggy and seriously needed buffering. Well, the quote was solely for the paint job alone in which I agreed but the dings on the doors, foggy headlights, front crack on bumper were not charged as extra. But what set them apart was the detail oriented service - on drop off, they were prepared with a packet for the truck - no hand-written scribbles etc. Upon pickup, David called and offered to come pick me up! Another step out of the ordinary. But the kicker was that the truck was not washed - but detailed! Washed, waxed tires and rims, interior vacuumed and wiped down. Impressive.
