After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

There was only one representative working with a constant stream of customers, however he did not seem stressed out or overwhelmed at all . He had an incredibly positive attitude and helped me with my order as soon as he could. He even offered to install them for me, but he had other customers so I declined. After taking some time to get my wipers on I finally came to the conclusion that one of them must not work for my car. I went back in and when he was able to help me, he came right over and asked what was going on. He figured out the blade I needed and switched it out for me immediately. I then went back out to try and put it on my car and could not quite get it to click. I went back inside and explain what was going on. He then again offered to help as soon as he was done with the customer he was currently helping. Shortly after, he met me at my car and got the wiper installed within a few seconds, but it's still wasn't quite laying right. He did some things to the wiper and BAM all was right! I was greeted by some helpful gentlemen and referred to Sherm. He helped me select the right cleaning solvent to get the coffee out of my car seats. As the other gentlemen claimed, Sherm is the expert, so I decided to ask some more car questions. Having a hefty scratch on the back of my car, I was wondering if I could take care of that myself. He helped me hand select the products needed, taught me how to do it, wrote it down and reviewed it with me. He looked up the style and make of my car to confirm we got the right paint, and made sure I understood how to do it. I also have a cracked fender/bumper(cluelessness example) and he helped me buy the products needed, and physically assisted me with putting the lug nuts on. As an older gentlemen he was on the ground helping me fix my issues. He made me confident that I could fix my scratches on my car, and he was incredibly professional and resourceful. I promised Sherm I would come back to show him the result when I repainted my scratches like he told me. When I came home, I told my fiancé about the encounter and he stated "they don't make them like that anymore". That's the truth, he took time out of his day to explain, assist, and physically look at the car issues I was facing.
