Located off Westminster Bl in Westminster small parking lot but after hours you can park in the other business next door. Nice pool hall. No smoking so it's clean and clear inside. My friend used to work here years ago and wanted to visit her old boss. Angel (sp) (not pronounced Angel) the owner is a really nice man he runs this place great seems like repeated customers so he knows most of them. They do serve alcohol as well and he checks ID's. The layout is nice with pool tables and a few video games among the floor. He also does private parties. Overall a very nice pool hall and the owner of many years is a great man. I'd recommend this place for playing pool or just chilling at the small bar.

If you're down to play pool and love that divey family comfort this is your place. They don't serve liquor only soju beer wine and hard seltzer and no food just snacks. A jukebox. Lots of tables. I love the staff. Open late. Fun times

this is the best pool hall in orange county that serves beer. There's 15 standard size pool tables as well as 2 bar sized tables. The beers won't cost you an arm and a leg ranging from $3 to $6 dollars. They've even been mentioned on CBS LA on their article on the best pool halls in orange county http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/top-lists/best-pool-halls-in-orange-county/ so if you're in town or if you live nearby this place is where it's at, beautiful friendly bartenders and a laid back owner, it's easy for this place to become your new regular pool hall

Don't look up. Falling down tiles and moldy air vents.

Happy hour Monday-Sunday Noon to 5pm. Beer $2.00, pool $3.50/hr. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/international-billiards-westminster?select=0JtxZkFdaspE8rape9O9SQ#L24vPJm3RxQUL1JYXrIZUA 15 4x8 tables and 2 coin operated 3.5x7 tables. Reasonably priced pool hall with beer and wine. Staff are very friendly and walk by periodically to see if you need anything. An internet jukebox is available if you need to hear your favorite tunes while playing. There are a few downsides, however. It's a little dingy and worn down. Most tables are well kept but some have worn felt and super glued tears. No air conditioning but rather two super large fans in the corners blasting away. I wouldn't play on any table near them since they make the light fixtures sway causing shadows. As for lighting anyway...it stinks. The place is kept dark except for the table light they turn on when you select what table you will be playing on. Add the sun coming in one direction through the large front window and you get a 6 inch shadow along the rail. If you're with your friends farting around with a few games then no biggie. If you're practicing or playing serious matches then the shadow issue is annoying. All in all, it's an OK place to have a beer and play with friends. Serious players may try elsewhere.

This place may seem old but it's clean, large and the tables are kept in good condition, rarely is that the case with other popular pool halls. The felt here is actually taken care of. There are about a dozen tables and have a few arcade games out in the front. SO CHEAPPPP!!! Games are $5/hr after 5pm and $3.50 during happy hour which is any time before 5pm on a weekday. Beer is $3 for imported and $2.50 for domestic. Free wi-fi is available. *Gangsters not need apply*

First thing always when I step in John (owner) he greets me warmly. I got to try out the new table as he was describing it was the Mercedes of tables around . He was nice enough to lend one of the nicer house sticks which was cool. This is why I'll always be around to rack a few whenever I can !

I am downgrading my review as I really cannot play here anymore. They won't fix their tables and all are in shambles. Not good.

Ambiance was good and the servers were nice and somewhat attentive. We sat down and ordered food and drinks. Food took a little long and the tacos were cold. The salsa lime weirdly was coming in one at a time instead of all together with the food. The chicken tacos was tasty but the carne asada needed salt. The Al pastor was weirdly sweet. The Siete Mares was a let down. The broth and the fish lacked seasoning. 3 of the mussels didn't even open and was surprised that they left it in the bowl, those should have been tossed out. We also ordered chicken wings for appetizers but that never came. Overall, The food was a hit and miss. Ambiance is good. I've only come tot his place for the Siete Mares and that's no longer good. Service was impeccable, especially considering there were only two servers working during our visit. Caviar Cones - 9/10: Greatbalance of sweet, salty, and slightly spicy flavors. The use of an actual waffle cone for caviar was a creative twist. Uni and Unagi Chawanmushi - 8/10: Silky and super umami. Potato Korokke - 7/10: Crispy on the outside with a mash potato-esque interior. Came with two dipping sauces, a truffle ranch and a curry sauce. Both flavourful but a little thin. Wagyu Steak - 9/10: Perfectly cooked slices of A5 wagyu. Every element on the plate complemented the steak beautifully, and the presentation was stunning. Miso Cake - 7.5/10: The cake itself was slightly spongey for my taste, but the tableside presentation with the flames was a fun touch. Paired nicely with vanilla ice cream and banana.

Pork buns were good too, just a little on the fatty side but still flavorful. The truffle seafood fried rice had a good amount of seafood, just wish the truffle came through a bit more. Old fashioned was well done. Atmosphere is nice, dim and loungey, but music can get pretty loud. Not necessary when there are only 8 people in the establishment. Service was quick and everything came out fast. Overall, good for a night out or drinks with some bites. Not perfect, but I'd come back.
