This is a great bar with some shit bartenders!! I used to work there and I found from another ex co worker, that the only reason I didn't get tipped on my last day before I quit that crappy place!!was because the bartender that stole my tips from me, convinced everyone i shouldn't get tipped was because off a review i left on yelp (which I deleted, because i felt bad!) Not anymore!! I found out that only reason I didn't get tipped was because Sofia made it a point for me not to get any of that money because the owner told all the bartender I left a bad review!! Regardless of how many time I went to the bar after the bad review.. they never kick me out!! So now I know Sofia was being petty on calling me out mount later!! She has such a shitttt attitude and if you do go there please go to tierney,Danny or gabby!! They're the only bartender that treat your with respect... idk about everyone else there...

I see what you're trying to do International. You might not be my go-to place for a night on the town, but we just want different things, International. Regardless, I give you major kudos, International, because your sharp design and interesting menu are, at minimum, intriguing. The first time I walked in to International was mid-day when they just opened. The small bar tables outside grabbed by attention and I had to know what was inside. I walked into a NYC looking bar. A narrow spot lined with exposed brick walls, with a glass ceiling on the roof. The art and decorations are (for the most part) minimal... so nice. Even though I didn't have time to grab a bite or a drink, I couldn't stop raving about this place because the design is just gorgeous! And the staff I interacted with were all amazing, one even gave my husband and I a guided tour. The next time I came was with a small group of people and we decided to eat at International. This is the sh*t I don't like (sort of). Initially, customer service sucked. It wasn't super packed when we arrived, but we waited and waited at a table until I eventually just went up to the bar and asked "Are there no waiters here?" Apparently I was talking to a waiter. The food is upscale bar food... smaller portions, but good for sharing. And they also offer Tap nachos, made just like the originals. Tried the ahi tuna wonton chips... loved these and my husband even wanted another order. Then I had the pork belly sliders. Nothing really stood out about them, but they were pretty good. The most interesting item of the night was the yucca fries. Sweet and delicious, perfect with their aoili. Now to the "sh*t I don't like". You can't order drinks from your waiter... not even a Coke. So yup, every time we wanted anything to drink, we had to wait at the bar. So obviously if you eat here, you'll have a minimum of two checks. As the Trumpster would say, "NOT NICE!" It's more of an annoyance than anything, but worth mentioning since the bar might actually get packed and you have the potential to wait for quite a while. Alas, International, I like what you're doing. It's cool. The design is amazing. Good place to grab a drink with friends and maybe some quick bites.

Stopped here with friends while our kids were at Fab Lab. We were looking for a place to sit down, talk, and have a drink. We found it. The place is just across the street from San Jacinto. Which is very convenient. It was very early, so we had the place pretty much for ourselves. The menu is very simple. Which I love! They have plenty of options. We went for the dish with tostones (fried plantains). Aside from the fact that the chicken needed some more salt, the combination of tostones, chicken, pickled onions, cheese, and avocado was excellent. We devoured those little things pretty quickly. They also provide chips and salsa. Warm crispy delicious chips. Yes, please! Really neat and large location with great service. The fact that it was open on a Saturday and during the day was perfect. Too many venues are closed during the day on weekends. Definitively worth another visit!

Just had brunch here. It was a nice vibe, DJ was spinning some cool tunes, waitress and barstaff were very friendly and attentive. I Ordered the chicken sandwich with yucca fries. It came out with sweet potato fries, Im not normally a fan, but these were good! They had a coating on them, they were piping hot and a nice firm texture, they were good! I told the waitress to not bring me the yucca fries. The chicken breast was hand battered, could had used more flavor, but it was good. The first mimosa was free and $2 thereafter. I had some good food, good service, good tunes and good priced mimosa. I'd definitely come back. Check out this spot, you Yelpers will not be disappointed!

I've only been to International once but I can already tell I'll be coming here frequently. In my year in El Paso, I've quickly realized a couple things. 1) El Paso is definitely growing and expanding in awesome, if frequently painful ways. 2) El Paso is about 5-7 years behind other cities in terms of whats trendy. And 3) El paso is very, very faddish when it comes to new bars. 5 months ago Later, Later was the place to be (its still very fun mind you), then it was Hotel Indigo, and now its going to be International. Honestly, it can be hard to keep pace. All that being said, International is in an awesome location. Across from San Jacinto park its clearly aspiring to be like the popular Austin/Dallas/big city rooftop bars you might find in those respective locations. With three levels and a front patio, International has a variety of areas you can hang out and talk with people. Its proximity to other bars and restaurants makes it an ideal weekend night spot. I cant speak to any of the food offerings or specialty drinks, but the vodka sodas and vodka redbulls were made strong and fast. Although the rooftop cooler/freezer could be colder as the tequila was not chilled enough. But I digress. If you are looking for the new hip scene you can't go wrong with International.

Not sure what was up with tonight, but no hip hop on the top floor. I hope this isn't a regular occurrence.

So I, of course, feeling the need always to explore new cocktail bars or restaurants in my hometown when visiting home, was pretty excited for the opportunity to check out Hush Hush. As a true millennial Gemini, I celebrate my birthday for the whole month, so I quickly texted my family and friends; this is where I wanted to go. What I love about Hush Hush is how it's encouraging and pushing folks to step out of their comfort zone in their attire and dress more to the vibes of this cocktail house (Think Soho, ABA, Casablanca, and Elephante). You're bound to see more desert tones, muted colors, flowy pants, basically anything resort wear. It's cool to see this cocktail house make you feel like you're not in El Paso. The music is different, more loungey, to where you can hear everyone at your table. Of course, there's still a DJ, but damn, Hush Hush is intentionally geared for those who love to go out but need top-shelf cocktails without the eye rolls or the bartenders staring at us with blank eyes. Hush Hush is a true game changer. The lines might get crazy, but I suggest getting there early so you can snag your photos and a solid table/spot. There are three main bar areas, but my fave was the velvet room. I suggest catching a drink on the second floor if you get there early enough to get an eagle eye's view of the establishment. Attention to detail was on point, and I appreciated the homework and research done before the opening of this spot. It's an elevated experience for the city and one I wish every city in the States had tbh.

If I remember correctly, I entered El Paso on a Monday or a Tuesday, and The Reagan was super quiet. I was informed (by more than one party) that it's packed on the weekends. That makes sense. This place has a speakeasy vibe but with an almost classy sensual undertone. It's definitely unique. I had an Old Fashioned after a long drive from San Antonio. I thought I was celebrating after a poker room in SA just made a verbal agreement with me for good money after a three-hour conversation with the owner. However, he was apparently upset I posted a video from another club in SA that was 40-minutes away and only runs one game. He was also afraid to tell me this and a coward. Solution would have been: "Can you please take that video down?" Whatever, dude. Part of reason that business won't last. A business should be run with honesty, respect, and transparency. Anyway ... at The Reagan, a biker dude came in and he was a singer in Germany because he met his German wife in the US when she was watching one of his shows and introduced herself. He was about to go back to Germany but heard good things about The Reagan so drove an hour on his bike to see it the day before he left. And he was impressed. We talked for about an hour about many things. If you visit El Paso, The Regan is a must! It's like being in a movie. Which movie? Maybe a mix between a 007 movie and Boogie Nights.

Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.
