The options vary in intensity and you can try different ones so that was fun checking out the different speeds and spins of the machinery to my body. It took a bit of getting used to but definitely felt in the relaxed zone by the end. The receptionists were great to get you signed in- they have 6 chairs and a group was just leaving as we came in so worked out great for us, but if you want to be safe check online and reserve a spot! I liked seeing the saunas are meant for 1 or 2 people at a time so you'll have that all to yourself as well. The bathroom and showers seemed well appointed and a great rainfall showerhead. The whole space is well planned for relaxation without feeling like a car wash. I think their current offering of membership options still too pricy unless you really will be around 2 times a week (maybe worth it if that's your only you-time!) but their one off prices are still pretty reasonable and I would happily return and bring friends!

Let's get straight one more thing, Foo take no pictures in spa because Foo no get kicked out for…read morethe invasion of no one's primacy! But, Qua make Foo feel like Roman God of health and vitalis! So, Foo time like this ... "Hi, my name Foo, I want day pass to see Roman baths." "Hello Foo, your host (unnamed with initials of TS) told us you'd be down, right this way." So, Foo, me, the reviewer of this review, is led to long hall and then Foo goes to spa desk but empty so Foo walks through door says "M" and wanders around. Foo finds lockers and asks other spa guest how locker work and you need to push "C" for code to work. "Ah, so, xie xie," say Foo. "No problem," says patron man. Foo wanders into lounge room and man watches TV, Foo takes Lorna Doon and heads to baths. Since Foo alone he feels confident to explore space and its clean with towels. So, here's what Foo does: 15 mins steam 15 mins sauna 5 mins hot jets 5 mins tepid 10 mins cold Then Foo takes shower and Foo feels so at home sitting on little stool under hard rain. Foo uses all products but conditioner. So happy. On Foo way out he says bye to man watching TV and walks past empty desk again but Foo no never mind because he now so refreshed. On way out Foo meets old pal Carmen. Her is best hands in AC hands down. "Foo, darling whale, Minke big whale, how are you sweetness?" "Feeling good, looking good!" Foo say back. "How long you here for Foo?" "Three days, just long enough to put a dent in the house's revenue for a bit, advantage roulette keeps the pit boss sweaty on toes!" "You have that affect you roller, big splashy Minke whale!" "You make Foo blush." "Well how about some products then?" "I do love the shampoo of Qua!" "Let's get you hooked up dearest!" So, Foo buys Qua shampoo and bows to Carmen, who, being a classy lady as always, bows back. "Xie xie and Ni hao," say's Carmen. "Ni hao, I know how, xie xie!" Foo says! Love Qua like it my hometown and love Lorna Doon for free.

My first time at the spa here and it was a very good experience…read more You don't have to be a hotel guest to use the spa but if you want services here it's best to book an appointment ahead of time. You check in at the front desk first and there a waiting area with all kinds of spa products. Lotions, candles etc. Once you check in, you head towards the back to another desk to be greeted and given a tour by the attendant. The spas are split via gender as well. There's a locker room, showers, bathrooms, a steam room, dry sauna, and three hot tubs. One was hot, one was tepid and one was cold. Lounge chairs are scattered throughout the pool area and there's also a seperate lounge with coffee, tea, water, snacks and a TV as well. I also had a massage here which was also very good. Next time I'd like to spend more time then I did the first time so I'll be back

I booked the 75-minute "Signature Head Spa" expecting a relaxing, luxury experience. It was the…read morecomplete opposite. From the start, the facility felt unclean. The locker room was cold, the showers had visible grime in the grout, and the robe in my locker had a yellow stain on it. The sandals provided were also cheap and uncomfortable. The service itself was worse. The technician started late and repeatedly pulled and ripped my hair throughout the treatment. The products used on my scalp and face caused irritation and itchiness -- definitely not what you expect from a "luxury" service. After the treatment, my hair was matted, dry, and I couldn't even run my fingers through it. I also noticed breakage around my scalp, which is incredibly upsetting. For context, they used Eva NYC leave-in conditioner -- something you can buy at Target -- which makes the $200 price point even harder to justify. I tried to salvage the experience by using the spa amenities, but those were also disappointing: Steam room had visible buildup in the grout Sauna wasn't actually hot Jacuzzi looked dirty, with buildup around drains and rust-colored staining At that point, I just wanted to leave. When I shared my concerns at checkout, I was offered a discount for a future visit -- but I'm not local and wouldn't return anyway. This is not a luxury spa experience. It felt poorly maintained, low quality, and honestly stressful rather than relaxing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My first time at this location but it's new in a sense that it merged with Breathe Salt Sanctuary…read more It's open everyday which is already a plus. It wasn't busy when I went and the front desk staff was very nice. Men's and women's lockers rooms which were nice(I only saw the mens side). Showers, lockers, sinks with shaving gear as well. You start to change into either a robe or swimming stuff. If you use the services like a massage you get the robe. There's a common area with hot tea and water and lounge chairs to relax as well. The spa portion has four connected hot tubs. Theres also an outdoor pool but that is seasonal. Theres also a sauna and steam room. Both are pretty big. The sauna was working better than the steam room. There are also lounge chairs and marble areas to sit on to cool down. Nice relaxing way to spend a few hours. Ill definitely be back
