My massage therapist, Tisha, was amazing--so kind and professional, and her massage truly melted all of my stress away. I was in Atlantic City on Monday and wanted to get a spa treatment. After reading reviews, I decided to go to Enchanted, even though it's about 10 minutes away from the casinos. That was the best decision I could have made. I had a truly relaxing, memorable experience. My therapist was Robbie who is a young man with a gentle but firm hand. As he worked, he checked in to confirm the amount of the pressure he was applying. I combined services to result in a 2 hour head to toe experience. I left feeling calm, taken care of and with my muscles completely relaxed. The prices at Enchanted are so affordable with the services being top quality. The staff plus front desk are unprofessional and do not understand great customer service. I arrived 20 minutes early for the massage and it started 10 minutes late due to their incompetence of confirming the proper massage. Booking the massage is a pain too that needs to be done over text message bc they lack staff. Multiple times she said you're going to get undressed and then come here and then didn't say anything more instructional after and typically that is the last thing said before the massage. I was rudely corrected and it continued to go downhill from there. The massage itself wasn't good, going through the motion, didn't heat the hot stones in advance so was warm at best to start, refused to give me an eye mask when I asked, and overall made it an extremely uncomfortable environment... They refused to give the full time and had a smart allick response for every issue. They were more confrontational than therapeutic. We tried to express this to the owner but she was preemptively misinformed and told us off immediately. I didn't get a chance to speak and her rude behavior is what rubs off on the staff. read more

When I called to make the appointment the woman who answered the phone sounded a little perturbed that I was calling @ 5:55pm to schedule an appointment when they close at 6:00pm. She mentioned that she would have to turn the computer on because she had shut everything down because they would be closing soon. I was however, able to book the appointment with her recommendations on the types of services available. My philosophy is, if you don't have the time to spend talking & elaborating with your clients, don't answer the phone. First impressions are lasting impressions. Fast forward two weeks later, my daughter & I went to Enchanted Day Spa to celebrate her 21st birthday. The spa is extremely inviting & relaxing. The atmosphere really sets the tone for your experience. I had the Far infrared Body Treatment & my daughter received the Fall Pumpkin- Spice Body Bliss package. I understand why they only recommend the Far Infrared Body Treatment for only 30 minutes for newbies. It is extremely hot (not uncomfortable) & I sweated profusely. The process left me feeling clean, rejuvenated & refreshed. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her treatment as well. Oil then massaged into the muscles. Jessica put hot towels on the muscles. salt scrub applied to front then back. Scrubbing off the dead skin. Washed off the Debris, sticky lotion applied to muscles. She contacted us right away and answered any questions we had before we scheduled anything. This is what really made an impression on us. Right before our appointment she called us to let us know that there was an ice storm and that she knew that our bridge was frozen over. This was right before Christmas and opened up her shop for an extra day so they could accommodate us. Who does that nowadays?! Excellent customer service. Sooo for hubby's bday trip to Atlantic City I wanted to surprise him and decided to book a spa. Now again, with all the various hotel options there is alot to choose from but I would rather support the small people owned establishments. Our 1st stop in AC was here and it was worth it. Located away from the casinos with parking in front. We walked in and were greeted right away, our temperature was taken and we were escorted to the couples room. I booked us the Love Rocks package which consists of 1hr Swedish massage, hot stones & a hot towel treatment. The room was clean and very soothing, we wore our masks throughout and do did the massage therapists. I can't remember their names but they were very nice and good. Helped with some knots I had on my back and the massage was so good, hubby knocked out lol. The hot stones are an added bonus and the towel treatment was refreshing. They have this "soothing" music too but it was a little distracting to me. Anywho once they were done, I regret not booking the 95min one. We were so happy and felt so relaxed after this, we will be returning and will be picking this location over any hotel spa. read more

The schedule didn't have appointment together but the receptionist took my info and said the owner is pretty accommodating and would try to work something out. 1/2 hour later she returned my call with a 10:00am appointment on Sunday. Perfect! Such an amazing experience, boyfriend did a deep tissue massage, I got a scrub/massage package. The pomegranate scrub smelled amazing, actually the whole place has a majestic smell. We both train intense and frequently and look for particularly strong masseuses' so I was a little hesitant finding out it's all women, (I know that's narrow minded and hypocritical of me as a female athlete). I've been to spas on cruises and all over the country as well as the casinos and Enchanted Day Spa is one of the best and my favorite locally. Last month my sister-in-law and I went for facials and massages. We got the spring rejuvenation package and it was amazing... back exfoliation, hot stone, fabulous facial. I have rosacea and the calming facial that I got made my skin glow, and it was not red or irritated in the least. Whether you're getting a package or just having single services. Okkaaayyyy soo I'm not going to brag but I have had A LOT of massages. I have multiple friends who are massage therapists and have received a ton of them while they were in training. Along with going to chains like hand and stone, chiropractor offices and local businesses. Every time I go to a small business for a massage it blows the corporate chains out of the water! This time wasn't any different. We were going to AC for my husbands birthday and I wanted to treat him (and me!) to a couples massage. First let me say the decor is absolutely adorable. It's so welcoming, warm and home-y! The receptions was an absolute peach and checked us in by asking some covid questions, taking our temperature and having us fill out a questionnaire on our issue spots. Offered us water and the wait was only a minute until our therapists were ready for us. I forget get my ladies name but she did a thorough consultation, following up on my questionnaire. And let me tell you SHE ROCKED IT! My lower back and hips were my problem areas. Pain NO MORE! The massage hit all my issue places. But it's amazing how I don't realize how much tension I hold in my lower arms, hands and legs. She got rid of all those knots, too. She used just enough pressure, checked in with me to make sure it was good. And off I went on this magical journey of relaxation and restoration... Except for when my husband started to snore.. haha! He had an amazing experience with his therapist, too. He was talking about how great he felt the rest of the evening. A 75 minute massage cost $86 per person. Which of you went to hand and stone a 60 minute is like $100 if your not a member, if I'm not mistaken. The prices are super reasonable! I wish we lived in the area because I would be back here in a heart beat. All the positive reviews before me are absolutely, 100% accurate. Check this place out. Came here this past weekend and this time around I got a much more experienced masseuse, Tisha, who did a wonderful job. My honey had Latifah who was also great. My only recommendation for the owner would be to make sure the masseuse are trained to ask customers if there are any areas to avoid, any areas to focus on, and what type of pressure is preferred. I feel like these are basic but important questions which should be communicated first before the massage begins. They also neglected to ask if the table settings where comfortable. Mine was not, so I asked the masseuse immediately to adjust it. All in all the facility is well kept, smells great, has a lovely ambience in each room with soft music, dim lights and warm tables.
