I've been coming to this place for 5 years whenever I'm in the Atlantic City area. If you are looking for a spa where you know you will always get a great service, this is where you need to go. It doesn't have all the amenities of a hotel spa like steam room, locker rooms or pool but if you don't care about all that and don't want to get ripped off by hotel prices go to cloud 9! I typically just go for massages but this time I tried a facial with Debbie. It was wonderful and Debbie is so sweet and really has a passion for what she does. My usual massage therapist no longer works there but Jess was just as great and also a sweetheart. Debbie also gave us some great Resturant recommendations. Debbie and staff are top notch and treat us like real friends. The full body massage was great; soothing and relaxing. Kelly did a great job. Then it was the facial! The facial was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Sara did my facial and was great! She explained the process and made sure the products weren't too harsh on my skin. Ok, I consider myself a spa snob--I've gone all over the world and spent wayy too much money on these services. No joke, Cloud 9 is *the* best massage and facial I've ever had. It's a small place--don't expect any saunas or pools--but the quality of service is unmatched. They have a small staff and there isn't anyone I wouldn't be happy to have work on me (though Jess is my favorite). I always leave feeling fantastic, like they've really made a difference to my body's well-being. I enjoy firm pressure (I like to really feel it), and they are great at working out every knot and kink that I came in with. Honestly, I never even look twice at Living Social or Groupon deals anymore--a few bucks off just aint worth it when I know the quality won't measure up. Last Christmas I got a package that included a facial, which I usually dislike, but this one was incredible--my skin looked flawless for the whole week, and the extraction was extremely gentle. You also get an awesome head/foot massage included (a nice head scratch is priceless!). The management is friendly and welcoming, and their prices are crazy affordable (plus they have weekly/holiday specials). Anyone visiting Atlantic City should definitely come here instead of the hotel spas--you'll literally save hundreds of dollars AND feel a hundred times better. read more

After reading the reviews on Yelp about Cloud 9, I told my companion we HAD to go there during our visit to AC for the couples massage. When I called to make the appointment, I spoke with Debbie. After speaking with her, it was confirmed this is where I wanted to go! She was so sweet and gave me numerous ideas of restaurants in the area to try while we were there. When we arrived, we were greeted by name, before I could even say who we were! Our massages were given by Jess and Hana, both were incredibly professional and friendly. The massages were great! Went to this wonderful quaint location this past weekend and experienced hands down the best massage I have ever received. My boyfriend and I were in the area celebrating our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to surprise him with a couples massage. Let's just put it this way Deb and her staff are amazing. We did a couple's massage and added on aromatherapy. He also had a scalp and face massage and I had a foot mask. Everything was awesome. My hunny was put to sleep by his masseuse and Meg took wonderful care of me. She concentrated on my shoulders and upper back just like I noted. Plain and simple we will be back. The location is beautiful and very inviting. And Deb herself is as sweet as pie!!! She gave wonderful recommendations on where to go, to eat and just gave us a great layout of the area.
