Everyone made you feel like a VIP for sure! I received an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Evan was an amazing masseur. Just what I needed! Keep in mind the amenities are available all day with in/out privileges. The men's locker-room has a steam room, a sauna, relaxation areas, water, tea and snacks, while the co ed area has a large hot tub a warm tub and an amazing shower. Everything is immaculate. Oh yes and I felt that the price was right! I will definitely be back when either staying in AC at the Hard Rock or elsewhere. PS: The champagne upon exit was a nice touch.

They offered a locker to put our things in (with custom locks), robes, slippers & towels. We used the sauna & steam room. Both were very clean. There was a communal hot tube and small pool as well. Make sure to bring a bathing suit if you want to use any of the amenities. The attendant was so attentive, making sure everything stayed clean & answering any questions. They offered hot tea, water bottles, nut/berry mix and apples. When it was time for our facials we went upstairs to the lounge. The massage therapist came out to get us. I had Lynda for the signature rock spa facial and she was amazing, very relaxing. After the facial we used the showers. They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hair dryers, hair gel & hair spray. As we were leaving, they gave us a glass of champagne. Overall the facility was very clean. We went on a Thursday so it was quiet and not crowded. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the outdoor pool but overall great experience.

We absolutely loved her; she really made us feel welcome. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bathroom being fully stocked with essentials (everything from deodorant to hair ties). It made such a difference. My massage was amazing Lucas truly worked magic on my back. The only downsides were that the hot tub wasn't open, which was disappointing, and for the price, I do wish there were at least light snacks available. We left our massages pretty hungry and could have definitely used something small, like crackers. Overall, a great experience, and we would consider coming back especially if those small details were addressed.

I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. I just vowed to never go back there again. unfortunately, a family member not knowing my feelings about this business gave me a gift card for Christmas. In looking at all the services I've had with this business I actually cringed in going back. but I figured at least I could do the ear candling which I had done before unscathed. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.
