This is my second visit back in just a few weeks not even! Will be getting a membership here…read more Everything is so fresh, clean, and new. Serena has been there to help me both times and is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. She knows what she's doing and gives just the right tips to make your experience that much better! Absolutely love the experience. I fell asleep this time being it wasn't my first time now and she said I got good REM sleep during my 90 minute float. I also have done the infrared sauna twice. And hydro massage bed is a perfect way to end your spa day off right! Hours of pure bliss

I absolutely enjoyed my time here my friend recommended this place to me and I decided to book my…read moreappointment. I saw a deal on Groupon for 60 minute floating therapy along with a 15 minute enhancement. I'll begin with the staff. The staff members were very friendly and they greeted me upon entry and asked if I had an appointment. Once I confirmed my appointment with them, They offered me a shower cap and then one of the girls immediately walked me to the spa side of the salon. I'll be honest I forgot their names but they were friendly and nice nonetheless. Next is the place itself. The place itself is very very clean. I can tell that this place is fairly new especially since this particular location was hard to find because there is no sign called "the float spa". This location is actually next to Raymour and Flanigan in the Deptford town center plaza and you have to enter through the "Hello gorgeous" hair salon. once I saw the salon I actually did see a sign in the window but it can easily be missed by someone who is not as familiar with the area. My float pod was very clean and I can tell that they actually do clean in between guests. The lady who helped me was very informative and she provided me with everything that I needed for my stay including ear plugs and a cushioned floating neck rest which was very needed because I cannot flow on my own lol The floating experience is self was very peaceful and I actually did end up falling asleep lol it was very clean in there and it was very warm and comforting especially with the music and the lights. I cannot do lights off in there whatsoever because I am afraid of the dark lol After the float therapy I tried to shower and wash off the salt but that was a fail. I still ended up with salt in the crevices so I ended up showering again once I got home. after showering I was guided to the Hydro massage bed for 15 minutes as an enhancement and that was just the icing on the cake! I understand that this place is still fairly new but one thing I would recommend is to have an actual swimming cap maybe or something to protect our hair because not everybody wants to get their hair wet. the shower cap was a great gesture but still got a little bit of water in my hair. other than that my stay here was excellent and this place truly deserves five stars from me!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating spa experience.

Pricey, definitely. I didn't feel any benefits from both services but my husband felt as if he did. I was hoping to bring my daughter, asthmatic Back here to the kids salt room but I had a similar interaction as another reviewer with the owner. She answered the phone when I booked and then also showed me the barcode and just pointed and got annoyed with me that I didn't understand what she meant as she just pointed. All interactions with her made me feel bad about myself honestly. It was very pretty inside and clean and a nice place but for the price and the service I wouldn't go again.

My first time at this spa and it was a good call to come here. You enter from the store front in…read morethe Quarter and I believe there's another entrance from street level as well. Once you check in, you get a key to a locker and you change into a robe in the locker rooms. The locker rooms are very nice and they have showers and sinks as well as shaving accessories. Once you're ready we went to a salt room which was ok. We spent an hour there and I basically took a nap. I had a massage scheduled after so went back thru the locker room to a lounge with a bunch of lounge chairs where you wait until your called and taken to your massage room. The massage was on a heated bed that also went up and down which was nice to get you the perfect height for the massage. The massage was good. I'll definitely be back.

She was also skilled but the massage did not go well. Here's a list of things that went wrong. -I had a lavender add on and did not smell the lavender. -The table was warm but room was chilly. -I asked the masseuse to focus on my problem area and she told me it's full body and proceeded to spend the majority of the time everywhere except my problem area. -There was overhead ocean sounds, but no soft music in the room like yogie or classical. It was eerily quiet. -The masseuse moved very fast doing the massage. I typically experience massages that are slow, steady, and very relaxing, but the masseuse moved rapidly. -Most importantly or most egregiously... the masseuse STOPPED in the middle of my appointment to use the bathroom. She apologized but the fact she had to interrupt my massage with a bathroom break is unconscionable. I have a soft place in my heart for service providers. I know how hard they typically work so my response to terrible service is sometimes delayed. For a massage that costs $175 I expected more. I did make mention of some of this at the front desk... not complaining but answering the question "how did it go?" I was visibly uncomfortable having to reveal my negative experience... but the agent didn't seem to care. I didn't waste my time explaining further or asking for a manager. I'm supposed to be here relaxing. Sorry, Sandy (The masseuse) ... You are skilled and were nice to me.... you even gave me some suggestions on what to do to alleviate pain in the future which I appreciate but leaving in the middle of my service in addition to all the other little things... I won't be back.
