They also honored the special promotion from the Google ad (pictured above), which was such an amazing deal: $120 for a couples massage that includes reflexology, hot stones, and a free hot oil treatment after a couple phone calls and back and forth proving to them that we actually did find this ad on their website and Google page and it was an ad that had just been posted. My partner and I did the couples massage, and it was fantastic. I opted for a mix of deep tissue and Swedish massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The environment was clean, relaxing, and accompanied by soothing music. My massage therapist was incredibly attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session, which I really appreciated. The pricing for the special was excellent, and because the service was so welcoming and top-notch, we happily tipped more than 20%. It's clear they care about their clients and go the extra mile to provide a great experience. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and a relaxing environment. I have had a sore neck and shoulder for the last few months. I hold all my stress in that region. I haven't had a massage for about 2 years...pretty much when the pandemic hit. I was lucky to have Nana work on me. She immediately knew where my tight and sore spots were located. Her hands are pure magic. Nana massaged the knots out of my shoulder and center spine area. I'm literally a new woman. We live over an hour away from here but I will make it a point to come visit Nana as often as I can. She is THE BEST masseuse that I've ever had!! My wife had a a massage done from this place. The person that did the massage demanded a tip and made it seem it was mandatory. 40$ for 30 minutes is what they advertised and there was nothing mentioned about a mandatory tip. I offered them a 25% tip for the massage I got, which I thought was reasonable for a good massage. Instead I got a scowl and pressured into coughing up more money and ended up giving her nearly 40%. i was told it was 60 for a full body massage but it was not full body and they cut my time short by 10 minutes. I didn't feel a zen flow due to bad odors and it seeming run down and not sanitary. I won't be going back. The staff member was friendly and the 50 minutes was nice, the massage itself was average. The massage therapist left the room during my service too. That is not the end all, if limited to 1 time and for brief time, but I can see why others were off-put from this happening multiple times. They did not do the front of my body at all beyond calves. I asked for extra feet focus when doing front of legs and they did do that. They did nothing else on my front. There was no shoulder massage. I essentially received a back of body massage and feet. The hot stones felt very nice, I will add that to be positive and is true. It would be great if they spent more time on that with Swedish. I felt it was more deep tissue and was not up for pain. As mentioned they spend time doing other non-massage action so I really received 30-35 minutes for the price. Definitely something to consider when shopping around. Not sure what the norm is though since I have never been there before. As far as other similar type places, I have only been to one comparable place and it was much better. If they didn't cut me short and the try to excuse it in a dishonest fashion, I would give it 2.5-stars and only visit when in a pinch. There are many other options for same price or a bit more with 3-4 star service. I even went to a state park once and received a down to earth massage and it was wonderful. I am not hard to please. They also charged 10 for me to simply rinse off, which is cost for shower table service that I declined. I don't even know what that is but assume they wash you based on layout. So I was over charged 20. I am not cheap and if they said 60 for 45-50 minutes, that wouldn't have been an issue. I accepted the 10 "rinse fee" too. When I questioned her about cutting me short, she was not honest and gave multiple excuses. I think because there was another customer waiting they rushed me out. The 20 over charge I accounted for as a tip. If I had not been cut off time wise, my intention was to tip more but that wasn't the case. I will be looking for a similar place to go regularly and won't recommend anyone going here unless they have low expectations and pay after service not before. I had one of the better massages I have received in a long time. I like a deep tissue massage. Jenny worked a major knot out of my neck. She didn't just rub my back, she used her fingertips for deep penetrating pressure and released the tension. If this is what you're looking for, EHT will deliver! read more
