The website says 60 for an hour. I made an appointment and I get there and told I need to pay 80 and I can't be seen at the time I made the appointment even though the place is empty. After back and forth between two Asian women they agree to see me but say I have to pay upfront. I left because the place was sketchy and they were incredibly rude. read more

Just leaving the spa that I called in advance to see how much a deep tissue massage would cost before I called a Lyft to take me. I was told $60 for an hour deep tissue me knowing that tax and tip is extra. When I arrived the price changed to $80 inclusing tip($20) which wasn't told to me until they saw me in person. Over the phone there was no extra cost but when seen in person I was forced a tip on my tab. I'm in severe pain typing this as I stand at the bus stop in severe pain because I refuse to pay other than the price I was quoted over the phone. I made a reservation for Hand & Stone 1/3/24 for less than the offer jacked up on me upon arrival. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU ARE A MAN ....YOU WILL NOT FEEL WANTED.
