At the end I tipped her $20. She was only ok after all. Then she blocked the door and had to nerve to ask for more $$. I was under the impression tipping was optional. Guess not. I gave her $5 more and she said that's it, I ran out of there. Needless to say I'm never going back.

Over the years I've seen Angela and YoYo and both have excellent therapeutic massages. A very relaxing hour. No clock watching here and extremely reasonable pricing. The operator answered and immediately put me on hold - ok no problem. Then when she returns there's not type of niceness or sincerity in her voice, straight to the point in what am I wanting and when I asked for a couples massage she immediately wanted all my information, ok I guess, and then when I ask for how much the massages are she ignores the question getting into timings and the different services offered. I ask again "okay.. prices?" And she gives me attitude stating "depends on what you want with massages starting at $190 I don't know what you want" yes... you don't know what I want because you asked absolutely no probing questions to get to what I am looking for. Why would I book a couples massage and not know what the price is and then get there for the massage to find out it's outside of my price range. I'm sure this facility and the massages are great but I live well over 2 and a half hours away, I am going for my girlfriends celebration, so to immediately be given attitude before the trip has even started yet is a huge turn off. Definitely retrain whomever this person is, customer service starts BEFORE you get in the door.

Everyone made you feel like a VIP for sure! I received an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Evan was an amazing masseur. Just what I needed! The men's locker-room has a steam room, a sauna, relaxation areas, water, tea and snacks, while the co ed area has a large hot tub a warm tub and an amazing shower. Everything is immaculate. Oh yes and I felt that the price was right! I will definitely be back when either staying in AC at the Hard Rock or elsewhere. PS: The champagne upon exit was a nice touch.

They offered a locker to put our things in (with custom locks), robes, slippers & towels. We used the sauna & steam room. Both were very clean. There was a communal hot tube and small pool as well. They offered hot tea, water bottles, nut/berry mix and apples. When it was time for our facials we went upstairs to the lounge. The massage therapist came out to get us. I had Lynda for the signature rock spa facial and she was amazing, very relaxing. After the facial we used the showers. They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hair dryers, hair gel & hair spray. As we were leaving, they gave us a glass of champagne. Overall the facility was very clean. We went on a Thursday so it was quiet and not crowded. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the outdoor pool but overall great experience.
