Though technically it wasn't the massage therapist's fault, someone at the establishment, or the therapist herself, should have stepped in and asked the man to leave. When I went to pay (I still paid for my massage and left a nice tip despite all this) my massage therapist pointed to the man's room/cubicle and asked if that's why I was leaving. When I said yes, she kept saying "Sorry," over and over. I get a massage every year on vacation there, sometimes twice, as well as family members and friends, but we will no longer be visiting Hot Stone Massage Mend Me.
