First visit was to measure, take pix, etc for an hour to generate an estimate to stretch my carpet. When they arrived to do the work, it was obvious immediately that they had no intention of stretching my carpet, it was now "your carpet is old, you need new carpet". I told them to leave - two wasted days of staying home waiting. Beware of these guys.

We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future.
