I knew from the moment I visited the website that THIS was the design team that would get me. But then I decided to procrastinate and mull over the idea of saving the consultation money and just doing it myself.....I used to believe I could handle interior design on my own, buying furniture piece by piece over time and never being satisfied with the results. THANK GOODNESS I decided to invest (actually quite affordable) Because, after two separate consultations with Lucie, my perspective has completely shifted. I will never attempt DIY interior design again--LOL. It truly takes a special eye to understand how dimensions, shapes, colors, and sizes all matter. Since working with Lucie, I've noticed a remarkable difference in the way my house feels and flows. Every piece of furniture she recommended has contributed to the overall alignment and harmony of my space. Lucie is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I can't recommend her enough. Investing in your home with 22 Interiors is worth every penny. Their staging always photographs beautifully and truly enhances the overall presentation of the property. We realized half way through that things were going in the wrong direction. We had to stop and find someone new. My wife saw some of Dwells work in our neighborhood and was impressed. She met with the home owner and he happily recommended Dwell. So, we met with Geo and work started soon after. We had to sandblast the exterior to remove the stucco work that was incorrectly applied and apply new smooth stucco. They also installed a new roof, wrought iron railing, central air, and built a new awning with Spanish tile. Everything came out great! We enjoyed working with Geo. Easy to talk to and responsive. Guided us through the process and helped with the aesthetic choices making my wife's vision for our home come true. Pricing was straight forward. What he quoted is what we paid. Geo and his team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were responsive in answering questions and keeping us updated on scheduling. Everyone on the job site was friendly, diligent and efficient. Through the process, other than making design choices, we didn't have to do much. Everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Dwell and can't wait to find another project for them to do!

We initially started with a different designer that our real estate agent recommended. Big mistake! There were lots of problems with the plans down the road that we needed to fix and we realized we should've just started with DWELL from the very beginning. I am convinced that her aesthetic work on the condo -- combined with a few refreshments that my contactor handled (fresh paint, new grout) -- elevated the realized sale price by multiple tens of thousands. Hiring Anna was the best expense I ever put into my home. I truly could not have found a better or friendlier stager for my first ever home sale. I found Anna through her 5-star Yelp reviews and her beautiful portfolio of past staging projects, and I saw her aesthetic (warm, modern, luxurious yet artistic, clean, bright) would suit my new-build modern condo and bring life into the space. So many designers are doing MCM or trendy vintage only, but Anna is truly versatile and knows how to amplify your space's existing virtues and maximize the home you have. When she was done staging my property, I was so in love with the space, I wanted to move back in and not sell it! In addition, Anna's price was more fair and competitive than any other stager I met with, and her team of movers were first-class professionals -- they completed the work in a quick one-day install and then completed a spotless removal once our sale closed. I didn't have to do anything to supervise (I was already out of state and my amazing real estate broker coordinated the whole project with Anna). More importantly, Anna generated desire and dreaminess for the home, which resulted in a realized sale price that exceeded my hopes. I truly cannot recommend Anna enough -- if I had another home to sell, or even a space to decorate, I would hire Anna again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends. Talent, professionalism, a gifted aesthetic eye, and an unbeatable inventory of modern furniture and props -- Anna runs a gorgeous staging business and I feel so lucky she worked on my home.

She provided key input on layout, design and materials as well as expert vendor recommendations for window treatments, closet solutions, lighting, tiles, fixtures, wall coverings, furniture and decor. Her rates were fair and she was always mindful of our budget and time constraints when recommending ideas and solutions. Lisa took time to understand our aesthetic preferences. She worked tirelessly to make sure that the contractor/ vendors delivered high quality results and on time. When we had a small issue with the closet vendor, she immediately escalated it and made sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. Her thoughtful recommendations and painstaking attention to detail were critical in delivering results which are beautiful, functional, and harmonize well with the rest of the house. **1 STAR -- An Outrageously Overpriced, Unprofessional, and Absolutely Miserable Experience**…read more My experience with Meridith Baer Home has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. I genuinely cannot understand how a company charging these kinds of outrageous prices manages to deliver such an appalling level of service, disappointing furniture, and complete disregard for its customers. First and foremost, **their crew damaged my home.** Imagine paying a premium for what is supposedly a high-end staging company, only to be left dealing with damage to your own property. Absolutely unacceptable. The furniture itself was also incredibly disappointing, especially considering the astronomical prices they charge. There is nothing particularly impressive about what you're getting, and the overall experience certainly doesn't justify the expense. Then there's Miriam. I cannot adequately express how unpleasant my interactions with her have been. In my experience, she has been **extremely condescending, dismissive, and downright disrespectful.** The attitude is astonishing, particularly coming from someone whose job involves dealing with paying customers. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way. You're providing a service, not doing your customers a favor. Lose the condescension. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me an additional **$1,500 simply for arranging a furniture loadout with fewer than 10 days' notice**, despite my previous attempts to contact them. The entire experience felt like one outrageous charge after another. I've also noticed something interesting while reading their negative reviews. Meridith Baer herself appears to respond to some complaints by claiming she cannot locate the reviewer in the company's customer records. **So, Meridith, I've attached a photograph of your company's truck sitting in my driveway during the furniture loadout.** That should eliminate any confusion about whether I was actually a customer. I'm more than happy to provide additional documentation of my experience. In fact, **anyone considering hiring this company is welcome to message me directly.** I'll gladly share what I was charged, photographs of the damage to my property, and additional details about my experience so you can make an informed decision before spending your money. For a company that markets itself as a luxury staging service, the entire operation was shockingly disappointing. High prices do not automatically make a company high-end, and a recognizable name certainly doesn't excuse poor customer service. **Never again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the money, the aggravation, and the disappointment.**
