I'm afraid I have to agree with all the other commenters. This was one of the worst customer service related experiences of my entire life and, as a result, I wouldn't recommend this person to my worst enemy.
I don't know where to begin. One thing I do know is that no one ever taught her how to speak to paying customers. Our first discussion was fairly pleasant, though she talked about herself nonstop and interrupted me every chance she got. Unfortunately, every time we spoke thereafter she seemed to get more and more angry and impatient until by the end she was snapping at me every time I said something she didn't agree with. She also seemed to disappear for long stretches of time - many, many phone calls were ignored and whenever she finally got back to me she acted as though I was inconveniencing her. By the last time we spoke, she was outright insulting me and calling me names like "ungrateful". I have to wonder if she suffers from bipolar disorder to be honest. At the very least, she obviously has trouble controlling her anger.
All of which might be excusable if I liked the end result. But needless to say, I did not. She seems to regard herself very highly and loves to use words like "modern", "quirky" and "eco friendly" to describe her style of design. All she really did, though, was paint the walls white and cover every blank surface with mirrors. I fail to see how that equals "quirky".
And to top it all off, she charged me an arm and a leg for the privilege. How someone so awful manages to stay in business is a mystery to me. read more
