Over the past month, I have contacted Seth twice by email and once by phone message about how to get a copy of the report WE PAID FOR and have not heard a word back. We had him inspect a few different buildings and he was very systematic. The report was very thorough and clearly outlined (with pictures) exactly what was wrong and where. He caught issues that even someone who's worked in construction for a long time didn't notice. After his inspection, he spent a significant amount of time to answer all the questions we had and show us his findings (including being willing to get into the crawl space again!!!), including sharing suggestions that will save us time and money. This was all above and beyond what we've experienced in the past with other inspectors. As buyers, we were really impressed by Seth and thankful that we picked the right person for our home inspection!
