I wanted to share an inspection experience that I had yesterday. Our inspectors name was Tony and…read morehe was not only professional, but went above and beyond what I would expect out of a home inspection. Not only did he get us the report printed out the same day, he was genuinely confident that he left no stone unturned. He went under the home, in the attic, on the roof, and checked everything in between. He came prepared with shoe covers, a tyvec suit, ladder and orange gloves. The amount of pictures that we received made us sure that the inspection was full proof and clearly visualized/pictured any damages or things needing fixed. We truly wanted to leave him an outstanding review for the confidence that he has given us with the forever home we are choosing. It is always scary moving into a new place not knowing the true condition of everything. Thank you, Tony for the full amount of peace of mind. Also, another big thanks for having us pay close attention to our daughter while the ladder was out. Great work, WOULD DEFINITELY REFER TONY TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY

The project included replacing the flooring with porcelain tiles and related subflooring, installing the new vanity and related plumbing, vanity mirrors, and floor trim. Mike worked with me on the pricing and was accurate on the duration. With his background of being a home inspector, we had the added benefit of seeing things that most handymen or flooring people may not have noticed or would have skipped. Mike and Jaime do not cut corners to ensure the job is done right, and we are extremely pleased with the work quality. I would not hesitate to use him and his team again in the future. In fact, I am already working with him on an estimate of another project for our house. To top things off, Mike and Jaime are just great people and a pleasure to know. They have my full endorsement, and I don't write reviews often.

At first it seemed like a good inspection, now that my…read morehusband and I are living in the property that was Inspected by this company, they did a complete SLIP SHOD shod job. 1) They claimed the Breakers/Electrical panel was labeled correctly. Well, it is NOT. I went to turn off the fuse labeled 'Dryer'. And I got shocked when attempting to reconnect the wire which was hanging out of the dryer outlet. Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.

"IN" Accurate Home Inspections…read more Don the owner of this operation is a total SHAM!!! He was recommended/hired by our real estate agent, and personally did our home inspection for the house we just purchased. He missed many major things in his inspection including; the sinking and bulges of the floor on the back half of the house, much of the cracked wall patch/cover up work that had been done, a yard sprinkler pipe that was not installed to code, and exposed along the surface of the dirt on the side of the house, and an additional leak in that sprinkler system, that must have been leaking for years. If the above things would have been reported to us, we would have had additional inspections done, but we thought the house just had normal wear and tear going on. NOW WE HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THE FOUNDATION IN THE BACK HALF OF THIS HOUSE HAS SUNK OVER TWO INCHES, AND THIS IS WHAT CAUSED THE WALLS AND FLOOR TILE CRACKING, THAT IS GOING TO COST US $40,000 TO REPAIR. As I see it, this company is only there to close the sale for the real estate agent, so he can continue to get referrals. We are investigating legal action against "IN" Accurate Home Inspection and/or the real estate agents involved.
