Not only did he get us the report printed out the same day, he was genuinely confident that he left no stone unturned. He went under the home, in the attic, on the roof, and checked everything in between. He came prepared with shoe covers, a tyvec suit, ladder and orange gloves. The amount of pictures that we received made us sure that the inspection was full proof and clearly visualized/pictured any damages or things needing fixed. We truly wanted to leave him an outstanding review for the confidence that he has given us with the forever home we are choosing. It is always scary moving into a new place not knowing the true condition of everything. Thank you, Tony for the full amount of peace of mind. At first it seemed like a good inspection, now that my…read morehusband and I are living in the property that was Inspected by this company, they did a complete SLIP SHOD shod job. 1) They claimed the Breakers/Electrical panel was labeled correctly. Well, it is NOT. I went to turn off the fuse labeled 'Dryer'. And I got shocked when attempting to reconnect the wire which was hanging out of the dryer outlet. Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.
