He also sounded very eager to take on my project at home of hanging a security camera over my garage. I like that because as a business owner myself, I respect the hunger. However, he scheduled a day to come over which he did not come nor did he notify me in advance. He rescheduled with me and came 3-4 hours late. Then when the job was "done" late at night, he left and all was good. But when I took a look at it in the morning I sent him pictures of needing to hide the exposed wires. He argued about why he did it the way it was but I complained until he said he would fix it. Did he fix it? No. I messaged him a month later and he never responded.

Our homeowners insurance company questioned it viability, and after having PG&E and another heating company look at it (and declare it in dire need of replacement), a realtor recommended we contact All-Ways. SO glad we did! They were able to replace the old heater with a brand-new, much more efficient heater of the same kind. The gave us an excellent price, and the owner's son and another guy did the job beautifully in the span of about five hours. Our insurer is happy, we're happy, and we won't have to worry about this item ever again in our lifetimes. Loved this company and Micah and Luke!

They are very competitively priced, flexible (if cleaning day needs to change), and do a fantastic job. We switched to Ramfire, from a cleaning company based in SF that was unreliable and considered taking out the trash and wiping down a counter or two to suffice as "cleaning" ... Jordan was quick and easy to get a quote for our needs, Marge is so on top of it with anything we need (changing cleaning days, etc.) and Israel is just awesome, so nice and does a fantastic job. Can't say enough good things about them, went through two other cleaning companies before we found Ramfire, third times a charm.

DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! GHOSTED!…read more I had several issues with Joseph. First, he way overcharged me for the work done. Had to run back to Lowe's several times because he either forgot items or got the wrong kind. He never offered a receipt for purchases. He screwed up the installation of the vertical blinds by not hanging them high enough, then decided to just cut the bottoms of them. He had to go back to Lowe's to get more blinds becasue he didn't know he needed two sets, and he took way too long to do the jobs he did do. The worst part is that he was supposed to come back and finish cutting the blinds so they fit, and he completely ghosted me. So now I have to go back and do it myself.
