Jordan was quick and easy to get a quote for our needs, Marge is so on top of it with anything we need (changing cleaning days, etc.) and Israel is just awesome, so nice and does a fantastic job. Ramfire scheduled an appointment within 2 days. They were professional and courteous. The job was completed in an hour and my carpeting is almost like new! All-Ways Home Services is a California licensed contractor. From start to finish, Ron is a class act. His prices were reasonable, showed up for his appointments on time, had all the parts, tools and equipment to preform the job, neat and clean work, and cleaned up and removed all debris. Queen Murphy Bed Wall Unit…read more One man job during most of assembly, then two-man when heavy lifting and affixing to wall Joseph was able to follow written installation instructions and You Tube installation video for help. Joseph completed the work in under 4 hours, but needed to return the next day to correct headboard installation. Perhaps 5 hours total. The unit looks great. No complaints. I will definitely call Joseph for my next handyman project. Joseph is knowledgeable, fast, cleans up work site, offers to help and he was able to respond the same day so we would have a place to sleep that night and he returned the next evening to finish up.

DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! GHOSTED!…read more I had several issues with Joseph. First, he way overcharged me for the work done. Had to run back to Lowe's several times because he either forgot items or got the wrong kind. He never offered a receipt for purchases. He screwed up the installation of the vertical blinds by not hanging them high enough, then decided to just cut the bottoms of them. He had to go back to Lowe's to get more blinds becasue he didn't know he needed two sets, and he took way too long to do the jobs he did do. The worst part is that he was supposed to come back and finish cutting the blinds so they fit, and he completely ghosted me. So now I have to go back and do it myself.

I sincerely appreciate their honesty in project pricing, good communication skills (they are working on projects daily but they do respond in a timely manner), highly skilled workmanship, amazing attention to detail and impeccable work ethic. Cuellar Property Solutions completed a carpet/linoleum demo with a vinyl floor installation for a 498 sq ft family room. After demo it was obvious the concrete subflooring was going to need to be leveled prior to installing a 20mil vinyl plank flooring. His cost proposal for the added/new project scope of leveling the concrete subfloor was reasonable and honest. (I sought out 2 other estimates that were ridiculously high) . With that said; the completion of the concrete leveling of the subfloor, installation of the vinyl plank flooring and the baseboards looks amazing. (please see photos) Additionally, they clean up after demo/construction and haul away the trash after each project. (I have experienced contractors leaving a mess and trash after a project) My second project was to add quartzite ledger to my existing brick fireplace which required having to level the brick surface to apply the floating quartzite ledger and quartzite corner pieces. They also creatively installed 12x24 porcelain tile on the landing in front of the fireplace. With that part of the project they very creatively, cut pieces of the quartzite ledger in order to create a quartzite bullnose to frame the tile installed on the fireplace landing. Again, this speaks to their creativity, skill, workmanship and work ethic to complete the job and make it look beautiful. I am extremely pleased with this outcome. As a homeowner I have had to hire several contractors in the last two years and I have had the worst experience with having to spend more money to correct the poor workmanship of these unskilled contractors. However, I am grateful to have met Jovany and Salvador because I trust and believe they are honest contractors that have my best interest at heart and are willing to help me understand the best way to complete my project vision. That to me, is of indescribable value to me as a homeowner. Thank you again Cuellar Property Solutions, I appreciate you!
