Not only did he get us the report printed out the same day, he was genuinely confident that he left no stone unturned. He went under the home, in the attic, on the roof, and checked everything in between. He came prepared with shoe covers, a tyvec suit, ladder and orange gloves. The amount of pictures that we received made us sure that the inspection was full proof and clearly visualized/pictured any damages or things needing fixed. They had a bad answering service, so they fired them and now phones go unanswered. Bills are never sent. Customers are somehow supposed to intuit what they owe despite not knowing what services cost nor what services are performed. Appointments are scheduled via text message. There is no way to communicate if that works but often the technician doesn't show. Most of the time our technician is very kind and will let us know. But he's taking that on himself. He also lets me know my balance due. But, it is up to the service rep. We didn't always have such great, caring guys.
