His reports cover literally every system and are very detailed, but also easy to understand, so that action items can be addressed. Eric is great at revealing those issues and also giving you some perspective on how serious they are. Eric came recommended through my realtor who has worked with Eric for years. I'm so glad he recommended Eric. Eric takes his work seriously and works hard. He had no problem crawling around and 18 inch crawl space where he uncovered torn ducting and a bad plumbing leak.
