There were both pros and cons with our home inspection. Robert was efficient and thorough with the basic structure of the home. He was very friendly and answered my questions, was very patient and explained things to me as he went. The written report was prompt and thorough. However, Robert was fifteen minutes late to our inspection which, to me, was unprofessional.The thing that bothered me the most was that he doesn't check the dryer vent or the sewage line (which I didn't know when my realtor booked the inspection) so I then had to pay for other people to come in and assess those. In hindsight I would have selected a home inspector who asses both of those. read more
