After doing so, I tried to schedule a time for Brandon (The Owner) to come out (mind you I've already paid for this service through groupon). He told me he could do 2 different days. When I told him I was ok with either, that I would work around what was best for him, he ghosted me. I've reached out on instagram, called, and sent texts. In 9 days i've had 9 text messages delivered with no response. I'm not one to bash a small business. Times are tough but when you start to steal money from potential customers, that's when I'm going to speak up. Completely unprofessional with no communication skills. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible, Terrible Terrible company. I booked them thru Thumbtack to clean 2 rooms of carpet in a condo I own in Boynton Beach. I received 2 texts confirming the appointment. I sat there for 2 hours. They never showed up and they never called or texted me but they did charge my credit card. Needless to say I am disputing this with my credit card company. How much worse could it possible get? Think twice before using this service. I am not satisfied with this service. I requested cleaning for 4 basic, microfiber dining chairs that weren't in any terrible condition and I feel I paid more than enough to get a better result. The person said If I wasn't satisfied with the service they will make it up and It never happened. OK, just as a heads up this company may not be for you because if they do something incorrect at your property or on Thumbtack by having open availability on a day that they are not actually available yet are allowing customers to book on. You all of a sudden are an ignorant customer or potential customer because they don't have time to deal with it.. That in itself, blew my mind away, because all I asked them to do was to cancel the appointment that I booked with them on Thumbtack to allow another contractor on Thumbtack to schedule. Or allow me to book another individual/company. Apparently, however, you are an ignorant customer for wanting your bed professionally cleaned and deodorized from the pet accident that happened regardless if it's a holiday because we all know everyone likes to sleep on dog pee and poop that gets mediocre cleaning from a grocery store carpet cleaner. God for bid we asked the company to cancel the appointment that they listed as available on the app that they enrolled in that allows customers to schedule on their calendar. But you know what it's better to know how people are before they enter your home versus afterwards, because had I had a problem with what they had done work wise. It probably would've been my fault just like it's my responsibility to cancel a project that I need done because they don't want to get dinged by thumbtack for canceling a booked client! Anyway, I've included the screenshots so you guys see what I'm talking about and it's really up to you whether or not you want to use this company me personally I am a big holiday person and I get it people don't like working on holidays but I also understand that some people actually do work on holidays and actually do have availability and they detracted from someone who may Have just scheduled me and not had an issue unlike them. So why it is so difficult for them to update their calendar appropriately on the application they used to schedule clients is beyond me. But if it's too hard for them to do that, it's probably too hard for them to clean the bed anyways I'm also going to forward this to thumbtack, but the community should know who they're getting involved with. read more

i wish i give negative 5 freakin stars i am so mad. i support small business owners i am one so i really hate to do this. specially a black business because i am black. please dont hire these people, save your money. do not hired brandon or his workers. he lies dont show upon time. will ruin your furniture and wont answer after they leave. i have called this man 10 times in one hr. it has now been 5 hrs and i haven;t recieved a call or text back. save your money people. i never do reivews im so mad. read more

He did an amazing job the first Two times that he cleaned the couch. We tried to hire him for a third time. His prices changed and it was close to double what he charged the first time. The first time after the appointment is set. They send an invoice as you are supposed to pay for the service before it's done. Would have had no problem paying for it, but he rescheduled for that same day and then after making us wait all day and then another 2 hours. He cancels. Re scheduled again, sends the invoice once again as if it was supposed to be paid for before the services is done. Another day waiting for Brad the owner and a no show. Thanks for wasting my day with my kid. Sadly his services use to be amazing now he doesn't even care to call to say I'm not coming. Do NOT recommend. I cannot speak to the quality of their cleaning because they NEVER made it to ANY of the two confirmed appointments I had with them. Brandon specifically scheduled them for me. Both appointments were no call, no show. Listen, I understand it's peak season, you're busy, I get it. What I don't get it the false expectations you give your customers for a service where I made arrangements to my work schedule TWICE for the appointment, and other things that were strictly depending on the carpets being cleaned and they did not have the decency to call and let me know they would not be coming. If you can't get them to your home to do the initial cleaning, imagine having to get them back out if something is not to your satisfaction? No thank you. read more

Worst. One of the first questions I asked was if they would be able to provide proof of insurance and work men's comp for my building. He lied and said yes. I left town yesterday so I left my front door cracked open because my appointment was suppose to be 11 am today. Well it's an hour past my appointment and he didn't even bother to call me to tell me he lied, he has no insurance! So now I'm out of town, with my front door open, and a couch that still needs to be cleaned. This man is a liar, beware! read more

Sadly, several of my custom curtains shrunk during the cleaning. I'm having to replace 4 panels which is going to run me $2,800 and the cleaning was only $450. I think the must frustrating part of this is that no one will call me back. They acknowledged the issue, they realized it was due to the cleaning, but have not taken any responsibility for it and won't return my texts or calls. Really liked the gent who came by to do the cleaning, very nice, but crickets on responding regarding the damages :( Would certainly change this review if they opted to be accountable. read more
