They damaged my home (baseboards in 2 Rooms) and now ghosted me. I would not recommend! They also broke a candle without telling me and took my broken candle probably hoping I wouldn't notice... until I leaned over to plug my reclining sofa in and cut my hand open on the glass from the candle! Very responsive through their Facebook page when I saw their ad. They came out to clean the tile and grout of an old rental property I'm rehabbing. The technician was nice enough to help me move some stuff out of the way. Afterwards he explained the process and promptly began work. I was concerned about the process damaging any of the baseboards I had recently painted white, but they assured me they wouldn't be damaged and it turned out fine. Took only about an hour to clean 3 bedroom floors with good results. It's important to note that I have dark grout, not white grout. No one should EVER use white group. This team led by Adam is the best. Put in a Yelp quote request, got a response in under 10 minutes on a Thursday evening for a Monday morning job. Don't even try the Stanley people. Especially if you need a COI for your condo. The Stanley people sent me a COI 2 weeks late. Thank goodness for Adam and Miami Supreme Steamers. The work was amazing and done in 2.5 hours for over 1,000 sq.ft. Our grout was black in 90% of the condo. There is no black anymore. It's the original cream color. I will never call anyone else! I had my porcelain floor cleaned by Miami Supreme Steamers LLC on 7/12/24. The grout turned out beautifully cleaned, however, my porcelain tile floor was left with a hard to remove haze which they did not clean up before they left. After trying to mop it off a couple of days after it (I was told not to mop it for a few days) was impossible to remove the haze. This haze was from a product that they use to "seal" the grout. I texted them to let them know about this and Adam said he would come to take care of the problem the following week but I was having guests the end of that week. If I had known a haze would be left on my beautiful shiny porcelain floor I would not have had this done during that week. I was finally able to remove this haze with a Bissell Crosswave Premier machine. So if you're having this done to your shiny tile, be aware that will be left with a hard to remove haze and request that it be removed before they leave your house, because it is impossible to remove it with a regular mop. As for value for the money, they were in my house two hours and I was charged $900. I tried leaving this review on their Facebook page twice but they delete it each time. read more

Prior to calling Miami Supreme, I had 3 different carpet cleaners come to my home and give me a different price from what they provided over the phone or online. All 3 boosted the prices for unnecessary charges. As I was losing hope, I called Miami Supreme and spoke to Adam. The first thing he confirmed was that his price will not change from the price he would give me. Secondly, he explained the entire process (from start to finish) on what he would do and what should I expect, which was very impressive. When Adam and team came to my home, it was exactly what he stated. No hidden fees and showed me what would be done. He and his team would then show me what they were doing at first and then provide the "before and after" in areas on my rooms. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! My carpets (that took a beating from kids over there summer) looks brand new!! I was in disbelief the change that they made. What a fantastic job!!! After they finish, I asked them if they could recommend anyone who could clean tile floors, A.C. vents and drier vents. Look no further!! They can do it! I will be scheduling with them for all 3!! I can't say enough good things about Adam and our experience with him. We needed someone to clean out the dryer vent in our home, and no one I spoke with would go on the roof to access the vent.
