Hiring a cleaning company is a crap shoot, and after using Miami Top Cleaning several times, I can comfortably recommend them to anyone. Here are a few of the reasons: 1) They arrive on time. 2) Their staff is friendly and attentive. I spent time at one property to ensure they knew exactly the expectations, and they delivered in spades. 3) You can trust them to be upfront and honest. We've had a few disagreements, but in every case, they have acted fair. 4) Their cleaning quality is consistent every time. We'll continue to use them for our properties, and happy to provide a reference for anyone shopping. read more

3 stars is A-OK according to Yelp and that's what I would say about Miami Top Cleaning Service. Pros: -Easy to schedule on short notice -Clear Pricing and Estimate -Cleaning team was on time and very nice and polite -They did a great job cleaning the vents drywall dust from the floor. Why I couldn't give 5 stars: I explained that I needed a deep cleaning for 1br/1ba unit for post-construction and move-in and was quoted 2hrs- But I wanted a DEEP clean so I asked for 3 hours. The team said they were done after 2 hours and after they'd left, I saw they'd missed areas to be cleaned. In order to complete the cleaning, I had to go behind them and do additional cleaning in the bathroom and on the dirt on the floors/grout. read more

Ulysses and James just did a great job on our windows. I was really impressed by the proactive communication before and during the service- they even checked in with a text the night before to confirm the appointment, then texted to let me know their exact time of arrival this morning. They were respectful of my home, friendly to my dog and wasted no time getting the job done. I clean my windows often, but have. Hard time reaching second story exterior areas to remove green algae and "gunk". Their attention to detail really shines through- every exterior sill is spotless. I'll be hiring them again and I will be keeping them in mind for other tasks around the house. read more

3 Stars is the best I can give. 1. They are not that detail-oriented. You have to point out the small areas, otherwise they wont go that deep to clean. 2. The price is not worth what they have done. Little rip-off. They are quoted by hour and charge more if they clean longer than they quoted for. read more

From beginning to end, the experience with this company has been amazing! I have worked with companies that have left me sorely disappointed with not only the work but also the customer service. I can confidently say, I have never been happier with a cleaning service!! I contacted the number on Yelp and a very nice gentleman named Ulysses answered and was able to give me a quote on the spot with a next day arrival which was huge for me. My schedule is crazy and they were able to accommodate me right away. I wasn't home when the cleaning crew was here but as soon as I got home, I was delighted!!! I am very detail oriented and clearly so was this crew. It may be a bit more than other companies when it comes to cost but it's clear to me that you pay for the quality that you get and it's 100000% worth it. I will definitely be using this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. read more

If I could I would give them no stars. I talked to them on Thursday, they were going to come to my house on Saturday then changed to Tuesday. On Tuesday they supported to come at 1 but changed to 2:30, we were agreed on $90 per hour for 4 hours)cash deal) but once they got here they did not want to honor the deal, and said "your house is the dirtiest house I have never seen". My house is empty has recently renovated, it's all covered with dust not grease. James was the person who I talked to who is one of the partners of the company, I was talking to him on the phone and he was being very aggressive and rude, he raised the price to original price and wanted to stay from 3pm to 9pm, bottom line is they are not honest. After I waited for so days they think by raising their voice I would just fall In their trap, what a joke. I will stay away from them. read more

James and Ariel came to my mom's quite old and very artfully? cluttered? house today and they did a thorough and professional job. Between hundreds of books, magazines, a large collection of miniature animals and no carpeting they cleaned and polished and washed and my critical about cleanliness mom says it's the first time the house has felt truly clean in years. I was so thrilled I didn't even ask for the Yelp discount--they deserve every penny, plus. We look forward to having them back. They brought all their own supplies, are very environmentally-not-harmful-to-pets aware, and take credit cards, checks, paypal. They have been responsive and flexible, coming to our home which is outside of their listed area and bringing a few extra supplies we asked for. Thank you to all at Miami Top Cleaning. read more

I want to begin by saying that I use Miami top cleaners in both my home and my Airbnb! They are like a personal room service... But better! Sweet Jesus is my place clean. Thanks to MTC I can let my baby crawl all around the house. Both James and Ulyssies are refreshingly Proffessional and detail oriented, so I know I can trust them and not have to watch over their every move. And they went into my Airbnb apartment and made it shine like never before! I know my future clients will be impressed. Thanks !! Will definitely use again!! read more

****In response to the owner's reply. According to you when I initially called, you communicated your team was given the weekend off due to the holidays (that's nice of you as a boss.....but you never mentioned a construction site). In the next few minutes (after calling your team and checking availability), you returned my call and told me two cleaners would be available (Ariel - supervisor, and another cleaner who's name was not mentioned). Then, of course, the next morning.....after promising your cleaners would arrive (as I mentioned my concern with cleaners not showing-up), you texted me less than 2 hours before the start time and said "My cleaners are not going to be able to make it. My field manager booked them and we made a scheduling error." Please note, I have all our text messages. And again, if you pride yourself on delivering great customer service, texting a client with this excuse for not showing-up is not taking your pride to heart. Try calling your client and expressing some sort of real honest to goodness care!!!! Doing this alone would have made a huge difference and probably would have earned you a rather large contract. Ulysses....sorry your feelings are hurt. read more

Just called and was told that to clean a home near The Falls they would send 3 people at a charge of $35 per hour and they estimated it would take 3-4 hours, so approximately $400. Ummm, no. Insanely expensive and he was abrupt on the phone. Bad vibe. *I'll add that after posting this review this morning, I received repeated calls, 4 in less than 5 minutes from Miami Top Cleaning Service, attacking me for leaving the above review. Aggressive, threatening tone and harassing. Steer clear. read more

I had let go of my house a bit to far and after hurricane Irma it got worst, I called Miami Top Cleaning Services, and Ulysses set up an appointment within two days. They send me three people they came in on time, very professional, I LOVE THEM!!! They did an amazing job, my house it's spotless, I really wanted to cry of how my great my house was looking LOL They did the entire house, they clean every corner, all doors top to bottom, they did EVERYTHING!!!! My house was a real mess and couldn't' keep up due to back pain from lower back surgery, lost power for 10 days after hurricane Irma my house was a MESS and I was pretty embarrassed but I felt so comfortable with them, they made me feel OK, and I am happy I found them. read more

I used Miami Top Cleaning Service for weekly services, and for move-out cleaning for a vacation home. Do yourself a favor, and look no further!!! The fabulous team was able to maintain the home and was able to remove paint from the floors & walls. Everything I would ask for, such as - cleaning, laundry, and closet organization they were able to assist. And, great communication - I have been always able to speak to Ulysses. Thank you for everything!!!! read more

I called and got a quote for a move out clean for the very next day an they were able to fit us in. A team of 3 showed up and they told us it would take 2 hours and gave us a price (same price they said on the phone the day before which was nice), they spend more like 2 and a half but still only charged us what the quoted us. They did a FANTASTIC job!! the place looked better than when we moved in! Thanks guys!! very happy customer here :) read more

i called them 2 weeks prior to the cleaning to schedule a move-out clean. They were friendly and told me it would cost $210 for the house clean with 3 people here. I hesitated but thinks paying more might actually turn out to be better service, NOT! They did a bad job, only touching the surface and if they didn't see it, they don't clean it. I had to pay extra $150 to my landlord because of this. And she told me nobody charges more than $150 for this apartment! I got ripped off and didn't even receive a quality job. Worst company, think twice before you call them. read more

I decided to use Miami top cleaning service based on the yelp reviews and am happy to say they did not disappoint. They left my apartment spotless which is not an easy task when you have three cats! I now use them every two weeks to maintain my home. Not only did they clean the floor and bathroom efficiently, and left all surfaces dust free, but they went as far as organizing the shoes in my moms closet which was simply above and beyond! These gentlemen are professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and effective cleaning service. read more

These guys were great! I emailed them about getting a quote and James contacted me almost immediately and were able to show up at my apartment a few days later. They came in on a Saturday around 1pm and immediately went to work cleaning up (after a party that I had a few days earlier, so the floors were sticky and the apartment was a mess). However, they worked quickly and did a great job on the entire place! Both of them were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a cleaning in the Brickell area. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future. read more

I cannot tell you what a blessing James and Ulysses were they came in to a horrible situation. My aunt is sick and even before she got sick she has 11 cats that are tearing up her house. They worked diligently and within a couple of hours the house was smelling better. They were professional and worked with me to tackle the worst parts of the house. I will be using them again. I called around to a few places before deciding on Miami Top cleaning, I had a good feeling from the get go. I spoke to Ulysses over the phone and he gave me a quote, which was in the same range as most other companies. I had never used a cleaning company for my home so wasn't sure what to expect. Being that it's right before thanksgiving it was the perfect reason to give it a try. I'm so happy I did. They were able to come today (the day before thanksgiving) and clean my home. At first I was a bit nervous because it was three men but I can't say enough good things about them all they were professional, polite and did not stop working once while they were here! Not only will they be the only company I call from no on but highly recommend them to everyone. I'm very happy with the job they did and am ready to take on the cooking for thanksgiving! Thank you Miami Top cleaning! read more

I started working at an office/warehouse that was a complete mess, so dirty... I called Ulysses because of the reviews here. And they literally just left! They did an amazing job! These guys they were very professional and friendly (it was really dirty). After they were finished I was totally amazed! They really got down to business no corner left untouched, they got out stains I didn't even recognize. 5/5 would totally recommend, especially for students! Punctual and quick service. Reliable and generous staff indeed. Within an hour they completed the work and made my carpet look like a branded new one. There was a dark green sauce stain done by my cat which was so difficult to remove it. But it was not difficult for James. He managed to clean that carpet easily. Also he cleaned the upholstery along with his fellow man. I needed an extra carpet for my dining room and consulted him. He showed me the brochure and helped me out in choosing the best and the relevant one. The carpet looks great. I'm definitely using their services again in future. read more

Not only was my apartment spotless when they were done, but they're also incredibly nice people. Totally worth the money

I have never posted a review before, but was floored by the unprofessional way I was spoken to. I called to inquire about services and was asking for a quote. I have never used an hourly cleaning service before and was trying to understand the process. Apparently, my asking for a quote is unheard of . I'm just supposed to have them come to my house and let it take as long as it takes. I don't know about you, but I would like to know an estimate of how much considering its $35 an hour per person and they have multiple people. The guy hung up on me! read more

Update: Well I came back from my trip and contacted the company to schedule my complementary cleaning and got an immediate response. They schedule it for two days later. This time they showed on time and were very professional. I really haven't seen my apartment this thoroughly cleaned ever! They got everywhere. I mean literally everywhere. They cleaned the entire fridge. Removed shower gunk that my old cleaning woman refused to touch. And my place doesn't smelled bad of harsh chemicals and bleach. These guys are very good, fast and friendly. I'm glad I contacted them and despite the initial hang up they turned out to be great! The girl was so friendly. She played with my dog and made him feel comfortable. Even though the service car was free, I gave them a generous tip. I highly recommended their service to anyone in coral gables! I don't know why it's so difficult to find a reliable cleaning company in coral gables. Leaving on a long vacation and like to have my place cleaned before I leave. I read the review and contacted these guys to clean my two bedroom apartment. I was slightly reluctant because they told me the first appointment they had was 4 days away, a day before I was due to leave, and the price they quoted was a $100 more than I normally pay but the reviews and cleaning description by the owner made me not care because my place did need a good top to bottom cleaning. Wait 4 days and an hour before my appointment, I got a text saying they had to cancel for a "personal emergency". So I can't write a proper review without having tried it but my first impression of professionalism doesn't seem encouraging. They offered me a free cleaning but have to go it of town and couldn't find a replacement in time. The one star is for the guy on the phone because he was pretty nice. I will update to see if they follow through... read more

When moving out of our condo we called Miami Top Cleaning at last minute to help clean everything after our movers came. They were extremely accommodating with our schedule and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great cleaning job! read more

These guys are THE BEST. I've lived in many cities using many cleaning services and have never come across a company like this, it's as if they'd known me forever and actually CARED to make sure my house was clean. They go above and beyond with extreme attention to detail cleaning things I didn't even know were dirty or ask to be cleaned. They basically walk in and start and don't leave until the place looks brand new (I live in a small one bedroom they quoted me for two hours, stayed three and a half until all was clean yet still only charges me the two). My apartment is not cleaner than the day I moved in. And I'm not the most uncleanly of people but I do have a rabbit, parrot that flies around and two small dogs...so while I'm great at "tidying up" not so much with the hardcore cleaning and these guys do just that. I asked before they clean if they did dishes? "Yup," laundry? "Yup," fridge? "Yup," Bird poop on a bike? "Yup." And they weren't kidding. I didn't even think about cleaning my toaster and went to use it and it looked like I just bought it and took it out of the box! I wouldn't consider using any other service, as I initially said, these guys are THE BEST (and good personalities, fun to chat with too). A+ service for sure. read more
