There are times that things don't go well but how the business owner handles the situation is very important. He really was very nice and really wanted to make things right so I will return and give them another try. I went to get a couple of pants to have the hem taken, I selected this place because of its high review, boy was I disappointed. I went in and was told it would take two weeks and if I was fine with that I could take a sit. I sat down said hello to who I presume is Huma and waited as she worked on a dress. This man walks in wanting his pants hemmed, she talks to him, he puts on the pants and she proceeds to mark the pants and tells them it will be done in a week. She then proceeded to continue to work on the dress and ignored me. I walked away.

I wish I didn't pay anything to this establishment and left my comforter there. I've never been spoken to like that from a business owner working for a service I am paying for. I asked for someone else to work with during check out and he said there was no else to help me.

Roland, the owner, arranged for free pick up of three dress slacks and three dress shirts-two of which had a stain. I was alerted when the driver was about 10mins away and dropped off my clothes with him at the hotel lobby. Invoice was sent via email and payment was processed over the phone. Receipt was emailed. The next day, my clothes were delivered to my hotel neatly and clean on a hanger with typical plastic protective coverings. Highly recommend these guys for customer service, competitive pricing, and prompt quality work. By the way, both stains on shirts are gone something previous dry cleaners had overlooked. Happy customer, thank you Roland and the rest of your crew.

Over time, however, problems became hard to ignore. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

I looked online and found this laundromat close to home. It works with coins and not a card which is a plus. There is plenty of parking and I managed to park by the entrance under the roof so my car was in the shade. Inside there is good AC. I was bummed there was only one 8 loads machine available. They have 2 but the other one was occupied. I filled 3 other machines and paid $19.5 for my total of 26 loads. Someone was maintaining constantly inside which is great. The place was busy. I had to split it over dryers on both sides. One dryer had stuff sitting still, I felt it and it was dry so I took the 2 blankets out and put my stuff in. Few minutes later some older African American lady came and didn't stop screaming and threatening me. She was gonna "beat my ass up" lol sorry just can't take that serious. I started recording and said if one more threat I was gonna call the police. Like that's just stupid, I can only imagine her temper if something more serious than a blankie taken from the dryer happens in her life. Thank god I have washer and dryer at home so I don't have to deal with the people here at this laundromat. There is no rules projected anywhere. I don't go to laundromats but I know it's an unspoken rule you don't leave your stuff sitting while others are waiting. I didn't even answer her, I had my music on my earplugs. The fact I ignored her just infuriated her but I'm not gonna argue over your blankie. B bye. Several of my dryers were done after but she was too busy going around the place screaming that other people were taking them up. All other customers were extremely friendly to me and asking for my machines when I was done. Maybe I established a "don't f with me" image haha yup its the Miami survival of the fittest mentality I was thought the hard way(: I was almost sad when she left as it was quite entertaining. So far for using this laundromat. For about $25 having everything done within 3 hours was not a bad deal. Also machines don't skip counting coins and coins don't get blocked which is great.
