This company is awful. Do not trust them to do your door or painting. They came out to install new…read moredoors and had the wrong facing door. Tried to install it anyway until I said it was the wrong way. Then they went bought a new door painted it and painted the window of the door and missed several spots around the glass because they were in a hurry as they messed up earlier. Then they reinstalled my storm door improperly and it won't shut on its own like it used to. After coming and and inspecting everything they told me it was immaculate. This company is a joke and should never be trusted for any work on a house. A child could have painted my door better than they did. I could have installed the door better than they could and I have never installed a door. It has been almost 2 months now and still no resolution to fixing the problems. Oh and they left the area they worked a complete mess. DO NOT USE THEM!

We knew from the first day of hanging that these were amateurs. All throughout the process, J & G reassured me that all visible walls would still come out perfect and we nervously believed him. We were left with bulges, visible tape lines, a bowed wall with a screw that pops out when you push on the wall, rough areas in need of sanding everywhere, cracking. Absolutely no attention to detail. I know he had problems with some subs that he brought in. I'm not saying that the owner didn't try to salvage the job or wasn't trying to do a good job. He is an honest guy who worked hard for days to get it back. Unfortunately, the "finished" state is just not acceptable. Now we are paying for professional drywallers to come out and fix it. Some walls we might start over entirely. Cannot recommend. Update: we took out a section of wall that was too uneven to install the cabinets against and found they punctured the wastewater pipe in 2 separate places while hanging drywall.

So I appreciate their efforts to accommodate me when I requested pictures of the project progress. one error I made was a wrong paint color and I appreciate that they did not charge me extra for correcting my error. There were however, problems with returning my exterior fixtures back to the locations that they were before the project began (flag mount hose mounts, solar lights, circuit breaker box ground wire covers) I think my feedback for them for their future work, would be to take video or pictures pre and post and compare to make sure everything is cleaned up and returned as expected (so The customer doesn't have to bring it up to them). ​

They stepped on and broke my bushes which are permanently damaged. They broke my kitchen garden window and said it "it looked like it was broken on the inside" inferring that I had broken it. They had garbage thrown all over my yard the entire time and my front covered porch looked like a homeless camp with food left there and thrown on the door leaving grease stains . The estimate from Bondook was not only very reasonable but it was also way lower than some of the other larger companies. They worked with our budget and even helped us save an additional 10% in the end. For the quality of the paint jobs, to say that what I paid was a steal would be an understatement.
