I was really hoping I could write them a good review. After a year and a half of dealing with them,…read moreI realize why I'm in the situation in the first place. They told me they would sell my engagement ring and take 10%. A year of waiting they never sold it. I asked if I could just trade it for a few other pieces. They didn't have anything in the website I liked so the owner Scott said he could make me anything I want. I asked for a bracelet, necklace and earrings. I sent him pictures of everything. The bracelet looks NOTHING like the one I asked for, the earring posts were so loose one fell out the first time I wore them. Luckily, I felt it and didn't lose it. The necklace broke and thankfully fell into my dress. Then I sent back the earrings for them to fix and they were supposed to make me a small ring for the inconvenience. I sent Scott a picture and rather than telling me he can't make the ring I want, he just sends me some random really ugly ring that looks nothing like the one I wanted. When I told him his response was "that's the closest I have." Why not tell me before sending some random ring. I should've known better since the bracelet was not the same, the necklace broke and the earrings had to be repaired.

This review is not for the quality of Markham fine jewelers, but the service…read more We purchased a beautiful custom ring in December and I have brought it in for service three times since. The first time I brought the ring in was for an initial downsize. For whatever reason, they had trouble finding the location of the ring when I arrived to pick it up. Eventually they found it but it took questions and searching information. Roughly 2 months ago I brought the ring back in to be polished before our wedding. Yet again, they could not find the ring when I arrived for pickup. The associates had to discuss among themselves and try to figure out which "repair individual" had received my ring. 5 days ago I brought it in because the gold had bent, and I simply wanted it to be reshaped and polished. This was the worst event yet. While I had been told that I could simply bring my ID in for pickup, today that did not suffice. They couldn't find the ring anywhere in the shop. There were four associates communicating, making calls, asking questions, searching jewelers workspace and still it was nowhere to be found. Layla came out and told me that while they knew the ring was in the store, they couldn't find it. Absolutely gutted. There was a mix of answers. One answer was that the ring hadn't been entered into the system since May (over 3 months ago). This was where I panicked, they were essentially telling me there was no trace of my ring. I was also asked if I was at the right jeweler. I assured them I absolutely was and that my husband had customized my ring with Robert himself. I was also told the jeweler who received my ring for work never submitted a work order receipt for it, and it wasn't able to be tracked. All within a span of 30 minutes. Hoping and waiting Soemone would stumble across my ring. One of the associates was calling jewelers and asking what was done with the ring or if they'd had it. After I left, promising to bring back the receipt , the ring was found. I came back and Layla apologized profusely. Layla did a wonderful job communicating and problem solving and I believe she's the sole reason my ring was found. However, having met with Robert and seen his wonderful mannerisms and professionalism, I was disappointed to have experienced so much hardship for simple jewelry adjustments. Their work is beautiful and they have a very kind staff. None of this however matters if jewelry and precious sentiments are lost. Not only have I had to call every single time to check on my jewelry, as I was never reached out to for pickup, my ring would sit there for days after completion as I waited to receive a call that it was ready. Robert has a beautiful business going and wonderful products. I hate to see it overshadowed by confusion and possibly carelessness with precious items. I do plan to continue buisness and Buddha's more jewelry with Markham Fine Jewelers moving forward, but would like to feel confident in knowing that my items are left in safe hands. Again, this review is solely based on the three separate instances I've encountered with their customer service. The quality and selection of jewelry is beautiful. This truly is a beautiful business and all customers deserve service of equal quality to what Robert exudes.

The Southlake store is elegant and absolutely spotless with many brands of watches to choose from. This store is an authorized Omega Dealer and was one of my reasons for visiting this location. From the moment I entered the store, the sales staff Abbey, Korrie, and Jlane treated me like family which made the buying experience a fun and enjoyable time as it should be. They were all extremely knowledgeable, personable, and generous with their time. I had many questions and my salesperson, Abbey, took the time to answer all of them which helped in the selection of my new Omega Moonwatch. There were no games or high-pressure tactics from any of the sales staff. When it came time for sizing of the watch, Korrie, did a really great job removing the necessary links for a perfect fit. My experience at Markham Fine Jewelers was far more enjoyable than anything I have experienced at an Omega Boutique. If you are looking for an Omega watch or any other fine jewelry do yourself a favor and visit with Abbey, Korrie, or Jlane. They are genuinely and sincerely happy to help you with a purchase and will take good care of you. My sincere thanks to all of you.

Parking for businesses in Old Town Keller (Main Street near Keller Parkway (1709)) is often a challenge - there's no place to park on the street. The best place to park is just on the north side of the building adjacent to Main Street. The folks here are nice and the price was reasonable (up to three items appraised for the same price). However, my appraisal was not ready when promised. To make matters worse, the size of a larger diamond was off by 10% - this completely threw off the value of the appraisal and made it worthless for insurance (yes, I have other older appraisals verifying the size of the diamond). When I approached the jeweler about the mistake, they were unwilling to correct their appraisal. I won't be back.
