Very good experience with Interbay Transport. The price was right. Communication was exceptional and my vehicle arrived in a timely fashion. Definitely pleased read more

I had a very positive experience with Interbay Transport Logistics. I appreciated that Nate took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone. He provided a competitive quote and even offered a healthcare worker discount. My car was picked up on time and delivered in a timely manner. read more

I just used ITL to transport my car from Seattle to Connecticut. Nate and Lisa were communicative and prompt to respond to questions. The transport itself went smoothly and my car arrived in good condition in four days. The price to ship wasn't cheap but there were no hidden costs and the quote was in-line with others I received from other companies. Also, I appreciated not being given the hard sell, unlike with other transport companies. read more

Great job - uneventful (which is what you want) - picked up car in WA dropped in DC. Driver was great so ITL hook up with good drivers. I'd use them again - price was in line with online companies but I'd use these guys If you are in the PNW. Responsive to emails and questions. 5 stars read more

Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. The quote process was easy, the price was good and the customer service was fantastic. Our car went coast to coast without an issue and faster than initially quoted. read more

My husband and I purchased our first vehicle out of state from WA and the dealership did not provide shipping. We thought ok this should be no problem finding an auto transporter. We thought whatever auto shipping company we called, they would be the company picking up the vehicle. That was not the case. 99% of the companies we called were brokers who would contract with their sub-haulers. We were bombarded with emails when requesting a quote. We continued searching and found Interbay Transport. They had the most positive reviews from all the companies we looked at. My husband called and spoke with Nate. He was very helpful and explained the process and provided a competitive quote. He also stated that most companies are brokers who use sub-haulers. We decided to use them to transport our vehicle. Lisa contacted my husband with the pick up window. We had a few issues with the dealership finalizing the sale and informed Lisa who told us it would be no problem. The vehicle was picked up when they said and delivered when stated. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Interbay Transport. read more

Nate, Lisa, and the team at ITL took care of my compact Honda Civic from Redmond, Washington to Southern California. From the get go, Nate was very quick to respond with a quote with Lisa e-mailing me (my preference) throughout the pre-pickup and pickup process. My car was picked up the following week - pickup was delayed a day from when I was originally called BUT was within the "pickup window" :) The car-trailer driver loaded my car up directly from where I was working. So I didn't have to drive the car elsewhere. The car was dropped off at its final destination in less than a week (six days total transport time) in fine condition. I was really pleased at how straightforward everything was and how responsive both Nate and Lisa were to all of my questions. I highly recommend their business. read more

I have used ITL twice to ship both a car and a delivery van from Dallas TX to Seattle WA. The car was a couple years ago and the delivery van was last month. Both times Nate was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained how the whole process works and the time frames. Lisa was fantastic and helped me coordinate the pick up of the vehicles. Plus she was just fun to chat with on the phone. The trucking company was great at communication and extremely friendly when we met to pick up the delivery van. I would recommend ITL to anyone needing to ship a vehicle. I've used a different company in the past and they were no where near at organized, efficient and friendly as ITL is. read more

Great communication, with emails, texts and calls. Our cars were transported from Washington to Pennsylvania nice and boring, just wish everything eles was as good. Thank you read more

Very awesome customer service! I did little research about car transporter from Seattle to Arizona in November 2018. I pick this company base on higher reviews. I call them to get a free quote, truck pick up our car (the driver call at 8 pm but we were not home. He came back at midnight). We understood if the delivery schedule will be delay because of traffic, bad weather, or something else. Everything on schedule. Super easy, and good customer service. read more

I ended up buying a classic Mustang during a visit to the Seattle area over the holidays and had to ship it back to my home in Las Vegas. Finding a shipping company online was a bit of a chore, but luckily I found Interbay's website. I submitted a request for a quote and received an immediate response. I had some questions so I called the number I was provided and spoke with Lisa. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and answered all my questions. Everything seemed too good to be true. We arranged to have the car picked up on Thursday, 2 Jan, and I was given an estimate of 6-9 Jan for delivery (I have to admit that I was skeptical). The driver asked when I would be back in Vegas, I told him Saturday (4 Jan); he said he would be there Sunday or Monday (I was still skeptical). Monday morning I received a call from the driver--he was 1 hr away. We met at my house and the car was in the exact condition it was in when I dropped it off in WA. Bottom line: I'm usually pretty skeptical of companies with only (or mostly) excellent ratings, but these guys have earned it. The quote was quick, the communication was superb, and the delivery time was crazy short. Many thanks to Lisa and the rest of the crew at Interbay Transport Logistics for the quick and easy move! read more

We contracted with them to move our car from Seattle to Chicago and all went well at first. When the car arrived in Chicago the window had been cracked and that's when Interbay completely stopped providing any real customer service. I have been emailing them since May asking for updates only to be repeatedly told that they needed to get information from the carrier company. It appeared that they have done nothing to resolve this claim since May and now it's almost September. I have tried to call them but you only ever get a voicemail and then they never call back. They are all too happy to help at first but then just don't seem to care once the car is delivered. Update: After I sent a scathing email to them I got a quick response back stating they would try and get a resolution. They stated that they were trying to work with the carrier to get the claim paid. I guess we'll see. I just wish they had communicated more effectively from the start. Update 2 - we were ultimately reimbursed for the damage to the car. read more

Have you signed up for one of those services where a hundred emails fill your inbox with bids by somewhat suspect transport companies? Crazy isn't it? These guys are legit. We used them to transport a new car across the country this year. Communication was great, they were on time on both ends, and the car arrived without a scratch on it. Basically they made a tough process as easy and comfortable as it could be. Thanks Nate and Lisa! read more

As we prepared for our move from Seattle to southern California, we decided to ship one of our cars down. Having never shipped a car before, I started doing research online for a reputable company. Most of the places I found were car brokers, who contracted out your car to the lowest bidder, which could either take a lot of time as they waited for an interested driver, or meant they increased the price from what they originally quoted you. From all the reviews I read, it seemed like there were a lot of shady car transport companies, often resulting in higher prices or damage to your car. I was afraid I might have to just blindly pick one and hope for the best. But then ... through Yelp, I found Interbay Transport Logistics. I liked that they were local, and when I requested a price quote they came in around the same price as the other companies I had checked with. I spoke with Nate, and he answered all my questions and explained the process to me. The price they quote is what you pay, and it does not change. I gave Nate a four day window that my car would be available for pickup, and the day before my window started, he called and said he had a driver that could pick up my car the next day. The drop-off process went smoothly. We weren't in a rush to get the car delivered to San Diego (we hadn't even left Seattle yet), but I was very pleasantly surprised when I got a call saying the car would be dropped off in San Diego just 2 days after it left Seattle. We dropped it off Tuesday afternoon, and it was delivered early Thursday morning. We had the car delivered to my mom, who said the driver was very nice, and the car had no damages and everything looked great. I am so glad we found Interbay Transport Logistics. I was nervous about shipping our car, but it worked out great. I highly recommend using them if you ever need to ship your car. read more

I've heard nothing but nightmare stories about car shippers. Just do a quick search and you'll see what I mean. i wanted to be very careful who I chose because I did not want to be one of those sad stories. I called several car shippers before deciding on ITL. I am so glad I did. ITL is professional and polite. I shipped two cars across the country and in both cases they delivered as promised. I wouldn't think twice about using them again read more

My car showed up right as scheduled, the drivers were much nicer than I was expecting and very professional, Nate and Lisa are both great at answering questions in a timely fashion. I was very skeptical at first because my car is very low but it showed up completely undamaged and to be honest it was much cleaner than I expected for crossing the country on an open trailer. So in summary, Boston to Seattle on an open trailer for a decent price. Hopefully I won't need to ship my car again for a long time but if I do I will be a repeat customer. read more

I shipped two vehicles separately in December from NY to WA. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with and she made the logistics of the shipping easy, while acting as my psychotherapist and my shipping advocate. I had a small dispute with a driver when my second vehicle arrived. I was able to reach Lisa, and she got on the phone immediately and rectified the situation. It was very reassuring to have her and Interbay on my side. I will definitely use this company again without reservation and I highly recommend them As an aside, have a garden hose available when your vehicle arrives. They all arrive filthy- that is the nature of open carry transport- but defects like broken mirrors are hard to identify until after you rinse the auto off. read more

I had to move from Spokane, WA to Ohio in the middle of December. Interbay moved my car for me in 3.5 days! I was amazed at how quickly my car was delivered. They picked up the car on Friday afternoon and had it delivered in Ohio by Monday evening. Easy pickup and retrieval. The driver was great. Thank you, Interbay! read more

I definitely recommend this business. After some internet searching and 100's of email responses, my gut tells me that there are a lot of "funky" operators out there. Yelp & community to the rescue! My daughter is going to college on the east coast and wanted her car out there. After she earned the money to ship it, we came across Nate & Interbay. Very easy & straightforward to work with. Responsive in his communication. The driver was prompt in picking up the car, very thorough in his examination of the "leaving Seattle" condition of the exterior so there wouldn't be any surprises in the "dropping off" condition in Worcester, MA. Delivery was a couple of days before expected. All in all a very easy experience and I would come back to Interbay in a heart beat. read more

Professional service and definitely on-time. Delivered my car from WA to CA with very fair price. Thanks Nate! read more

Our first time using ITL, moved our truck from Seattle to New York City last month. The ITL team (Nate and Lisa) were very responsive, fair price, and hassle free, we were tempted by many low ball offers but settled on service level. Based on our experience, we recommend ITL! read more

These guys transported my car across the country. They were not the cheapest, but they picked it up when they said they would, and delivered it when I said they would. The car was in great shape. I will use this company again. read more

Most of the reviews on Yelp mention Nate, who sounds like a great guy, but my experience was with Lisa. I was shipping my car from LA to Seattle and she quoted me the best rate after I had received quotes from several other carriers. Since this was my first time ever shipping a car, she was patient with my questions. Moreover, she was super prompt with her e-mail responses and was always accessible by phone. Upon pickup, the driver was very thorough with his inspection and said he'd take care of my whip. The car joined me 2 days later in Seattle, a full day ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I gotta say - there's a lot of stress involved with moving a long distance to a new city, so it's nice that the car shipment aspect was painless. If I ever move again, I'm certainly going to go w/ Lisa and the folks @ Interbay Transport. read more

I can't recommend this company enough! We relocated from Washington to Texas, and didn't have a lot of notice. Nate was wonderful, and was able to schedule our car shipment quickly, and Lisa helped coordinate it all. I wish I could remember the driver's name, but he was so kind, and made sure we were notified of all updates regarding pickup and delivery. Letting someone pick up your car, and drive off with it on a truck, is very stressful. Interbay was awesome!! read more

This is a fantastic company with excellent communication. Nate and Lisa are knowledgeable, friendly, and on the ball! We shipped our car from Rhode Island to Seattle, and they were able to pick it up early and delivered it perfectly in one week. The drivers were also fantastic and would call and text with location updates. Honestly, I thought shipping a car cross-country would be a massive pain and these guys made it PAINLESS! Highly recommend! read more

AMAZING customer service. I picked them after receiving 8 quotes from other organizations I had found both online and through Yelp. I had initially gone with a different transit company for my car (WA to CA), but after I received a quote from Interbay from Nate, and talked to him personally, I switched transport companies. They're a smaller team, but are just as responsive and even more knowledgeable than some giant companies that are geographically preset. Nate and Lisa both know their industry really well, and we're highly flexible with my changing. Their pricing is really competitive, and they're attentive to customer needs. Really really great company, felt safe using them, and highly recommend. read more

I was really nervous about having a car shipped from Knoxville TN to Seattle. I had never arranged for car transporting and I didn't know what to expect. The car I bought is in MINT condition, and I wanted to do everything possible to ensure it arrived that way. We arranged a fully enclosed carrier, and they assured me that since mine is a soft top, it would be placed on the top row. The seller took pics of them loading the car in Knoxville TN, and the driver headed west Monday around noon. I got a call Friday evening that the car would be delivered to me (in Seattle) Saturday morning, and that the driver would call me in the morning to arrange a meeting. Just like clockwork, the driver called, and I met him at a local super market where there was enough room for the big truck. When they opened the trailer up, there was my car, sitting in the exact spot that they had loaded it to. It rolled off the trailer in perfect condition. I won't hesitate to use Interbay again if the need arises. Nate and Lisa were awesome to deal with, and they really took the worry out of the equation for me. read more

They got the job done and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to ship their car. Both Nate and Lisa responded promptly over phone/email and this is something I really liked about their service -- not easy to get such prompt responses with most big companies. Their rates are not the cheapest you'd find but quite competitive. They stuck to their promises and the initial quote they gave me. My car was picked up within 4 days after I confirmed with them and was delivered from Chicago to Portland in 4 days after pickup. I'd definitely use them again if I ever need to ship a car. read more

Had to ship two vehicles from Seattle to Phoenix. Didn't know where to look or who to use. I didn't know anyone who used this type of service either. I was feeling very lost and vulnerable. Fortunately I found Interbay. Nate was great in walking me through the process. Then Lisa took charge and reassured me everything was being handled. It's a little unnerving watching your cars getting loaded on a transport vehicle, not to be seen again for a good week or so. But like clockwork they showed up on the day promised. Thank you Nate and Lisa! read more

I hadn't shipped a car, but I am a huge researcher of any service I intend to use. There were so many bad reviews for shipping companies...even my local auto dealer wouldn't make a recommendation for a particular company. I found ITL on Yelp and they had consistently great reviews. Nate, at ITL, was articulate, patient, and very helpful. He emailed me a quote, scheduled the pick-up and....the driver appeared on the date they said he would pick up my car. The driver was great too! My car arrived in Boston (Seattle to Boston) when they said it would and the driver was very easy to reach to schedule both the pick-up and delivery. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. read more

Our Mustang was just shipped from Tucson Az here to Seattle and all went well. The driver was courteous and showed up in Tucson when he said he would. He also gave the recipient of the car here in Seattle several hours notice as i had requested. Other than the unavoidable road dirt our car was fine with no damage or issues. This is the second time we have used ITL and will use them again if the need arises. Contacting other companies results in endless calls, emails and being forced to deal with various people and prices all over the place. Knowing Nate can always be reached and that he is quick to respond to calls and emails is well worth the price. It makes a potentially stressful situation very manageable. Thank you! read more

Such an amazing experience with ITL! So communicative! So helpful. My car was handled so well and arrived at my house when I did. The driver for JR moving (the contracted company ITL used) was so kind and helpful as well. I would definitely use ITL again! read more

This business is overrated. I did not receive the same level of customer service described in the other reviews and so I do not feel that the premium to ship with Interbay was worth the additional couple hundred dollars over other similar car shipping companies. There was a disconnect between the dispatch and the drivers that created difficulties that I expected I would not have had to deal with by spending more with a "premium" shipper. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. read more

Let me just say- I was nervous as heck* (politically correct language people!) to have my car shipped from Seattle to Dallas. I've heard so many horror stories. BUT Interbay was fantastic from start to finish. My initial call- the owner was on point and helpful. From an office level - customer service was A+. (Skeptically I was still waiting for the pickup/delivery to be less than ideal) My quote was accurate from start to finish: straight forward (no sneaky add ons) The time frame to pick up my car was accurate - the office was responsive and very good at following up. The pick up driver? Amazing! Polite, called ahead, and was very thorough in inspecting and telling me what to expect. I had to meet him away from my residence because the streets were narrow and they even offered to pay for my UBER home. Now- at this point I'm still waiting for the ball to drop- or my car to take a month to get to me in Texas. Not even close. Within a week of my arrival - MY car arrived too!!! I couldn't believe it! (I can't say the same for the company that is moving my belongings- it's been over 2 weeks and they still haven't shown) The delivery driver called me the day before- texted me the day of to give me a time frame, allowed me to change up the meeting location - and let me know again 30-45 minutes out. Very nice, and professional, made sure everything was in order. He was even having mechanical issues with his truck on the venture down and still managed to communicate with me, and make great time. Car was all in one piece - no damage. I can't recommend these guys enough, would highly recommend if you are moving out of state and want great customer service with professional people. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! read more

Overall I had a good positive experience. The only negative comment I have to say is that I had called to ask a question and never received a call back and that I was not notified when my vehicle was delivered to the location at the dealership. So I think they could do a bit better with their communications. read more

Nate was amazing. I threw every question in the book his way. Scheduling (in my head) was not an easy task. Nate and his team managed my OCD and quirks to the moment of delivery. I wasn't able to be at vehicle pick up or delivery but it all went so smoothly. Nate, Lisa, the drivers. All were amazing. My Jeep (Linda Ronstadt) made the trip from Seattle to Palm Springs in amazing time. Will definitely use again. Fair price, easy logistics. Thank you ITL!!! read more

My previous experience shipping a car has been a nightmare, complete with extortion and threats to me, so this time I decided to go with a company that is a little more expensive than some competitors but had excellent reviews. I didn't regret it. Everything went very smoothly, with no delays, and my car was delivered very promptly. Both the person who picked it up and the person who delivered it were professional and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that communicating with Nate was easy - he answered my emails very quickly and was really helpful every time. This was an excellent experience. read more
