EJ provided me with a quote promptly after the initial walk-through and were able to fit me into their schedule a few weeks later. EJ's team showed up each morning on time and they were great to talk with. EJ communicated with me well every step of the way, and provided help with some of the difficulties that we ran into. The end results were stunning, even though it took a bit longer than expected (due to shipping delays for materials, which was not at all EJ's team's fault), we were still able to use our brand new kitchen for the holidays. HI Quality Construction helped to transform our mid 80s kitchen into a modern home oasis. Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. Got everything done within an hour including having HECO come back to reenergize my house. Everything is back to normal again. So thank you very much Johny and Grand Hawaii Electric. I asked Yelp for a recommendation and Oahu Windows and Doors contacted me very quickly. They said they would send Nick, "our repair guy," out to take a look and give me an estimate on a repair. Nick arrived exactly at the appointed time, took a quick look (and listen) at my door and diagnosed the problem in a minute or two. Then, since the problem was a seal on the door, asked me if I simply wanted him to remove the seal to stop the sound, and gave me the pros and cons of doing so. I said yes and he removed the seal and put things back together. He gave me some tips on what to use to lubricate the door, as well as--if I ever wanted to replace the door--what I should look for and how to save money. Nick was knowledgeable, personable and effective in solving my problem. I highly recommend Oahu Windows and Doors.

The house next door was having their roofing done, and before I could approach them, Nick came to my door and said that he saw that my roof was in bad shape. I quickly received an estimate, and because I was also having painting done soon, they got their crew out days later! The roof on the front house had issues, and Deja in the office kept me abreast of the developments, and what they had to do. My roof(s) looked great, and my homeowner's insurance was renewed. After receiving a few proposals we chose HI Point Roofing mainly because of how thorough they were in looking for and determining where the leak was coming from. Daven, our contact, went up on the roof, then into the attic to determine where the leak was. HI Point's proposal seemed to be the most reasonable, so we chose them, and we are so happy that we did. Once we accepted their proposal, they made all the arrangements for the PV panel removal and reinstallation, came up to the house, repaired the leak, which involved replacing the shingles on part of the roof, all in one day. After the repair, someone from the company came up to the house to inspect the repair. Great customer service. Thank you Daven, Alohilani and Deja!
