What I thought was squirrels turned out to be rats. These unwanted rodents had decided to make themselves at home. Not only were we awakened by their sounds during the evening but they had made holes in the ceiling of our garage. Mike did an inspection, gave us the results and even provided photos of his findings. He went over what needed to be done to get rid of them and gave us a fair price.
