If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I will post this review here, there, and everywhere--and by everywhere, I mean Facebook.

Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. All in all, we're happy with the service and recommend them for termite bonds. Every employee that's serviced our home has been on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

He quickly responded to my online request for services and came out to do his inspection. His years of experience were quickly evident. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. His professionalism was also exemplified as he explained each step of the process and also by sticking to this schedule as promised as he returned on several occcasions to humanely trap what tuned out to be a young momma raccoon. He was compassionate and understanding making sure to approach the removal in a way that minimized any disruption. It was clear that he cared not just the task at hand but about the well being of our family in the middle of a health crisis as well as the wildlife involved. Thank to his expertise, he was able to safely extract the mother raccoon and later the babies without creating multiple holes in the exterior of the house, once again showcasing his respect for both our homw and the animals. Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. Having had quotes from "known" companies with full "solutions", it was a breath of relief to have a real person (not on some script) to work with who was very professional and knew what to do for the actual issue at a reasonable price without wasting anyone's time with full $$$ solutions that were not necessary. Thankfully did not need that this time, but if I did/do it will be Cassan Wildlife I call from now on. And for any wildlife service I may need in the future. Highly Recommend!

Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He cleared out our rodent situation and we've been noise free in the walls since.
