If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. We opted out of emergency weekend service and instead left the lights on.in the attic all weekend. They came and inspected and sure enough, a raccoon had been there and rats. They installed a one way trap for the raccoon, as I didn't want it euthanized, rat traps and duct tape to further verify what kind of critters were taking up residence and sealed off every possible entrance. I also decided to have them re-insulate the attic as said critters had pretty much torn it up, plus left unsanitary messes. They completed the job in one day and the attic looks great now! Plus the "eviction" had worked, as there was no fur on the tape (they checked several days in a row.)

At a rate of $300 an hour per technician, I would expect the work to be neat and precise. I text and called to express my concerns and when the manager finally came out he said that this is what they typically do and can not fix it. He offered to refund my deposit but failed to mention that they are retaining 25% of the total cost. $440 dollar spend for holes in my fascia boards and glue on my shingles. Do not do business with this company.

I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with.
