After I was seated and waiting to check in, I approached the window to inform them of my appointment. The receptionist directed me to check in at the station, which I did promptly. Subsequently, I had a billing-related question, but the reception staff refused to listen to my concerns about the billing on the kiosk. she to,d me to sit down. when i tried to ask a question, not only were their responses unhelpful, but they were also dismissive and disrespectful. I was left feeling frustrated, and other patients in the waiting area also expressed their dissatisfaction, remarking that they, too, had never experienced such poor professionalism. When it was time for my appointment and my name was called, I went to the door, expecting to be takback. The receptionist called me to the front desk, but I did not immediately understand that's what she meant. Once I approached, I shared my concern about the rude and unprofessional treatment I had received. I informed them that I would be reaching out to someone about the incident, at which point the receptionists told me that they would not allow me to have my blood drawn. Feeling disrespected, I left the facility without receiving the services I had scheduled. I trust you will take this matter seriously, as it is crucial that all patients are treated with respect and professionalism. Anyway, quest is good for blood a urine draws, they also offer tests that you might need like strep, flu, etc. Anyhow, there are many Quest locations around DFW. I prefer this one. I highly recommend downloading the app and using it to make a reservation. They do take walk ins as well. I have never had a bad experience at this Quest (my experiences have been for post physical blood draws and a strep test in once). They have a waiting room with 10 chairs and two check in kiosks. Their staff has always treated me friendly and with respect, (and I should mention that respect is a two way street). Anyway, the quality of care has been great in my opinion. So I hope if you need to is Quest's services that you have a positive experience as well.

We had these goobers come get samples, and come to find out, they can't even get them off of the correct vessel! The worst part is, from my understanding, it was the owner who pulled them! I'm reading their ad site, and it says "highly qualified personnel". From what we've seen, they can't keep qualified personnel in ANY of their locations, ND, WY, or TX. The stories we have heard about this group would make you cringe. Everything from the state looking into them for committing fraud, to having less than qualified people running sensitive analysis'. Evidently, at Precision, working at a hotel, a fast food restaurant, or assembling furniture makes someone "qualified". They couldn't even get "PSIG", and "PSIA" figured out. Maybe they should go back to running whatever they are running in Wyoming, because they can't cut it out here with companies that have been around and are experienced. It seems like a business run out of a garage, that just got a bigger garage. I'm still trying to clean up the mess they've made. They tout a faster turnaround, but they have to come get samples three times, and I could've just sent them to someone who knows what they're doing. We called them on it, and I had to wait a LONG time for an answer. Pitiful!!! Go to HAL, Sathe, Empact, or Texas Oil Labs!

The four people in front of me still hadn't been called back. It seems they are always short staffed. Only 2 techs and a full waiting room. They have no receptionist, so you have to wait for someone to come to the door if you have a problem or need to go to the restroom. I did finally get someone to let me in to use the restroom, and it was a disaster! Overflowing trash with a dirty urine collection hat on top of the trash pile, and a toilet paper dispenser that doesn't work. No way to get paper from it. Keep your sanity and go somewhere else. I will never set foot in there again. Done.

I went in May, I created an account, I took some hormone tests, I could not log into my account for the life of me... I checked email and text and the text was the wrong number. When I told them I needed to change it on their form (because you never get to talk to a live person - ever) they said no I needed billing. And sent me a link to billing. First they sent me a link to reset my password but to do that you have to be able to log on! I did think that I had an appointment set (after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room for a walk-in appointment, suggested by my doctor upstairs - and they consistently moved me back in line every time someone with an appointment came in so that I would not be able to get in all day). But when I went in today for my so-called appointment at 2:00, it didn't take. The lady who is calling people back did manage to help me to get one with a confirmation code as a guest with no insurance. Hopefully I can be tested tomorrow otherwise it's LabCorp from now on.
