Honestly, better than my PCP has ever been. This is how a Dr office should handle things, just exceptional service and explanation.

I went here right before a vacation with the start of something but tested negative for all things, she still hooked me right up. I was in and out in 30 minutes. read more

The staff are very nice here. The doctors are excellent. I felt listened to and validated when I went. In for something minor I believe I will also add there family practice to my life. If you live in the area I highly recommend. I saw Dr. Bailey and Dr. Robinson. read more

Great staff! Great facility! Helpful, caring and quick! This is the place for all of your emergency room needs!

The staff are super friendly and are super nice! When you walk in it's super clean. the nurse and doctor were also super nice.

First time I went in, they just gave me a steroid shot. Never got better had to go in a second time and finally they gave me a z pack and I got better. They charged my insurance over $13k and me out of pocket over $1400. This place just wants money and is a scam. Don't waste your money. They keep sending emails and texts to pay the bill as well. read more

I came in during a SVT attack and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Tiffany, Taylor, Donna, and Dr. Robinson were thoughtful, thorough, and efficient in their care. They all went above and beyond and I'm grateful I ended up in their hands. read more

They charged me $16,000 to let me know I had the flu. Took 15 minutes.I went to them because I had a high fever and didn't feel good. I would never expect them to charge me so much. I cannot believe they are doing this to people. read more

I fell over the weekend and was concerned I may had broken my hip. From the time we pulled up to Surepoint, checked in, spoke with the nurse, then doctor, took something for pain, had 2 X-rays and waited for results, and checked out (unbroken), an hour had passed. Couldn't believe how professional, friendly, and efficient the entire process had been. The doctor even called the next day to check on me! I highly recommend Surepoint Emergency Center. read more

I went in for pain in my arm, got an xray and an 80 dollar splint and just got two statements sent to me that they submitted to my insurance. One for 9,000 and 1 for 11,000. What the hell!!!!! 20,000 dollar, this place is a scam! read more

I just walked in, and was immediately treated like royalty! Even filling out the inevitable forms was made easy and simple. My issue was first addressed by the nurse, and then the doctor. Both took time to listen to me, to make certain that I understood what the possible complications from my minor injury might be and carefully explained exactly how to care for the wound. Such amazing folks!! They were so focused on caring for me -- and they did that did very well. I don't often need medical assistance, but when I do, I am now VERY glad that Surepoint is here in our community. What an amazing asset to us all! read more

this evening was my 4th time I've came to this location Every time has been great. Very clean, staff has been very polite and the physicians are very knowledgeable and understanding. Tonight i feel they went above and beyond with their patiences, understanding, and overall treatment. I arrived feeling annoyed I had to go but I left feeling so glad i went; which is why I am going out of my way to give them the best review I can. thanks folks! read more

I would do some thorough research into your employee, Stephanie. I cannot believe how extremely rude she was to me! I have worked for many providers and I know they would be so embarrassed by her "customer service." Who in customer service says "what's your point" or laughs and says "you think you just got a free trip to the emergency room?! What makes you think that?!" and "if you worked in insurance you would know..." I even asked why she was being so rude from the get-go. She never took the time to even listen to my concern for calling. I would love to speak to corporate about her as soon as possible. I am just trying to figure out why our insurance was billed over $10,000 and my son was not touched by the provider. read more

Not a real emergency room. Will not help if you forget your insurance card no matter how bad your in pain or how hard your crying. Even had the member number and group number but since they don't have the capability to efficiently look up insurance they tried telling me I don't have we coverage. Which I know is bullshit. Can't believe you can even call these places emergency centers. That's a joke. read more

To you at Surepoint: If you remember, I came into Surepoint in the late hours of the 17th early morning of 18th with tremendous double ear pain having (stupidly.....so very stupidly) attempted to retrieve my phone from the bottom of Eagle Mountain Lake. I was in pain and not sure where to go in the middle of the night. I am eternally grateful to Yelp for leading me to your facility at such a very late hour. You guys were absolutely amazing. From Jade at the front desk, to Dr. Vogel in the room, and the amazing nurse that cared for me as well (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), and anyone else I forgot, you were all so incredibly nice. Your collective bedside manners were absolutely exemplary. Although I grew up an "army brat" - and as a result have lived practically everywhere - I am originally from the great state of Texas where I was born at Harris Hospital. My mother was born and raised in White Settlement and my dad in Forest Hill. As such, Fort Worth has always been "home" to me and my entire family and place we always came back to for holidays. I've always felt a peace in TX whether it be on a boat on Eagle Mountain Lake on a deer lease in Ranger it is and will always be my "happy place." But what I love the most are the people. You guys embody exactly what I love so much about the place. I cannot say this enough; you guys were amazing and I am eternally grateful. I woke up the next morning feeling amazingly better. Thanks to you, I was able to handle the flight back without issue. Every day I'm getting better and better and feel almost 100%. I am forever grateful to you all for the care and kindness you showed me at such a late hour. Always know that in the unlikely event that any of you ever need a lawyer in California, the staff at Surepoint have one at the ready - no matter what the time of day or night! And yes, I do very much mean it. Thank you so much for the card! Sincerely, Scott Brown read more

Everyone here were so awesome. I cut my head open and they got me in immediately. They were friendly, compassionate, and considerate of my fears. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They even checked how I was doing a couple days later. I'm so lucky to have such a great center so close. read more

I went in for a kidney stone. I wasnt even there 2 hours!! I received one iv, a cat scan and two pain medicine injections. This place charged my insurance $50k!!! I had a son in the NICU and it was even half that. I have been charged for seven iv's and the cat scan was almost $13k!! Just to walk in was almost $10k!! I will be telling everyone I know not to go this place that they are better off driving a few extra minutes to a real hospital that will not gouge the insurance this much or patient!! These people are crooks for charging this much!! read more

Don't recommend this place my 19 year old son punctured his left arm was treated awful and was yelled at while his dad was on the phone with him and heard everything he will not be going back to have his stitches removed. Then they tried to over charge him very disappointed read more

I highly recommend this facility for emergent medical needs from cuts, burns or breaks to more serious problems like signs of a stroke or heart attack. The atmosphere is warm compared to a typical ER and the staff is personable and awesome. Mostly, there is little to no wait getting in to be seen! Azle has needed something like this for quite a while. read more

Absolutely wonderful staff here. They genuinely care about their patients. You will not find a more caring and professional group of people. They have basically no wait times and you are taken right back into the room where the doctor and nurses immediately care for you. Love this place. read more

Wonderful experience when I came in to be treated as a patient. I came in for severe abdominal pain that I had been experiencing for a few days. Everyone from the front desk(Lacey), nurse(Rae), Radiology Tech(Latisha) and Doctor(Dr. Opella and Dr. Vogel) were all very attentive to my needs. I ended up needing to have emergency surgery the same day and they handled all the paperwork to get me transferred to Baylor All Saints Fort Worth as quickly as possible. I had my surgery within hours after leaving Surepoint ER and was on my way to feeling better in no time. Thank you for the outstanding care I received. I recommend this facility to all my friends and family. They also have 3 other locations in the DFW area that I recommend to my friends/family. read more
