I'm a nurse at Harris and have recommended it to so many coworkers - staff is warm, friendly, and everyone we've interacted with has incredible bedside manner. Doctors have all been very relaxed, knowledgeable and compassionate, and the front desk lady makes you feel like an old friend. Pricing is super reasonable and straightforward, it's been cheaper and MUCH better quality than Breeze down the street. We are always out in 20-30 minutes from when we walk in the door, and we've left feeling taken care of and listened to. With the ortho follow up a full week later, it would be 3 weeks until I could learn if I needed surgery. All the while burning sick leave and vacation at work. So I called scheduling and tried to find an earlier date. The scheduler said they had a spot in Ft Worth today at 2:15. It was now 9:30 am, that office is at least a 2 hour drive, I said heck yeah sign me up! The scheduler said they would send me a text with the address and confirmation. I left just before noon....not wanting to be late and waste their time. BUT, i had not received the text. So I called the number while I was on my way 817-289-2002. Spoke to another very nice person. I let her know I had not received the confirmation text like they said I would, so I wanted to call and confirm the appointment and location....after all it was a 2 hour drive...... The scheduler was perplexed why I did not get the text but... joyously confirmed my appointment was good to go! She also let me know my part to pay was also $222. I said ok and kept driving. I arrived at 2:00 for the 2:15 appointment. Again, not wanting to waste anyone's time. I go into the office and let the clerk know Im there for my 2:15 appointment. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, so I added, its really at 2:30 but I came in early for the paperwork. The clerk said 'sir your appointment isn't for today because we have nobody here who can do it .' You had an appointment for the 27th and then the 21st, but it is not today. They know we don't have anyone here on Fridays to do the GAD.... She then says 'Are you sure you called the right place?' I showed her the number I called, and she looked perplexed....and said well thats our scheduling number.. I call the scheduler while Im standing there at the window. She once again confirms my appointment is for today..... but needs to check on things and puts me on hold. The phone rings right inside the window to the girls I was talking to...... Lots of Umhmmm, Umhmm....Uhmmm. Then girl number 2 says Did you call our scheduler.....I said yes Im on hold with here now......She then says OH she just called and asked us to reschedule you....... Can you come back monday????? What in the shit show is going on at this place? Talk about amateur hour. Nevermind I will have been driving 4-5 hours (Friday afternoon traffic leaving ft worth yay) I'm going elsewhere.......You guys can have it.

The staff is amazing. Started with the receptionist who was able to work with our insurance and recommend a nearby pharmacy. Then the nurses and doctors were fantastic. Less than 10 minutes before they text me and tell me they are out of rapid tests. They have several hours to let me know they wouldn't have enough when it was time for my appointment. I could have chosen a place closer to home if all I was going to have to wait another three days for results. This is an obvious management lack of planning issue. These people are better off serving burgers or sweeping the streets. Avoid this place and ignore anything they may promise you.

Initially had a promising consultation with Dr. Siadati but since then it has all been downhill. First my testing orders were delayed. After repeatedly calling the office I was able to get the orders submitted. Then had my follow up on 11/05 which was rescheduled to 11/14 then rescheduled to 11/19 only for me to find out that (after showing up for the appointment) that it was meant to be 12/19. I took time from work and drove almost 30 miles for the appointment so this is extremely frustrating. UPDATE: Today is 12/19 at 2:14pm and I receive a call from the doctor's office stating that Dr. Siadati will not be able to make it to my appointment and they are calling to reschedule. Needless to say, I told them to cancel my appointment and I will find a different doctor. As hopeful as I was after my first meeting, I feel betrayed as I had all sorts of tests done that I will now have to re-establish with a new doctor. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I didn't feel judged or like a burden like some places I have been to. I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection and they actually listened and ran tests and helped me get treatment. They then prescribed me with medications to help. I've never been to a more patient, empathetic urgent care. I highly recommend if anyone is needing the immediate care. Their hours are also amazing as I find it pretty difficult to find good places open past 5pm as well as open every single day, even the weekends. So that's a really nice perk as well.

They got the…read morereferral from my drs office and I was called literally on my way home from that appt to schedule. They got me in very quickly. They also have appointments after 5 which was great! They told me copay before visit then called me to remind me of my appt the next day. When I first walked in it was so nice seeing a very clean waiting area. I was greeted immediately. I had an MRI that day without contrast, followed by an MRI with contrast on my pelvis and lower back. I went in and told them I was beyond dehydrated and I already have horrific veins as it is. (For reference- anytime I've been inpatient they have to get nurses trained in sono guided venipuncture just to take blood. And even then I get stuck no less than 4 times. I'm not exaggerating. To have an IV set, they have to call in the PICC team to set a midline. Which oftentimes I've had to be stuck 2-3 times for that as well. Which really paints a picture if you know the skill of the PICC team.) I didn't have high hopes, to say the least. They were very quick to take me back. The gentleman who set my IV, even though I could tell he was nervous, remained reassuring to keep me relaxed. He joked with me and made me laugh. Which really helped. He did have to stick me twice, but this was no fault of his own. But... he got my TINY sclerotic vein on ONLY the second try!! Mind you, I am on some medicine that has caused me to have some tremors. So I'm very shakey. They also offered me a blanket if I needed one. Anyone who has had an MRI knows it's not quick, at all. You have to lay completely still for about an hour. I was in extreme pain. I cried the entire time. The team were amazing at reassuring me and just kept saying how sorry they were and just a little longer. I have never had such an amazing experience. I didn't catch the names of the people that day, but I hope you read this and know that I thank you.
