Women deserve better than this. I had a routine mammogram at Solis and was later diagnosed with a mass in my right breast. No one called. No one explained. I found out by reading a cold, clinical report in an EMAIL, on my own. Alone. I was also charged $119 for a heart screening called mammo+heart. The results--showing arterial calcifications--were also sent to me in an email with circles on an image showing areas for concern, and still no one called to tell me what it meant OR what to do next. They still haven't. When I showed up today for my scheduled ultrasound, I wasn't even on the books. I was told I owed $428 upfront, and when I asked for help, I was told no one with authority was available. I am a nurse who works in an emergency veterinary ICU. When a patient has a serious finding in a radiograph, ultrasound or specialized test, we call the owner right away!! We explain what it means. We give options. Because EVERY animal deserves dignity and clarity. So why is it that women facing a possible cancer diagnosis are met with silence, disorganization, and complete emotional neglect? This is not just bad service--it's inhumane and unacceptable! To the staff and leadership at Solis: You are dealing with women who are afraid. Who are waiting on life-altering news. This is not the time to go silent. Pick up the phone. Explain the findings. Show empathy. Be better. DO BETTER. To the women reading this: Please know you deserve a facility that will treat you with urgency, clarity, and care. If your experience here mirrors mine, I hope you speak up too. We are not being "too sensitive"--we are asking for basic human decency. I have a biopsy scheduled. I am scared. And I feel abandoned. I will never come back here. I would give zero stars if I could. They are literally incapable of seeing you within an hour of your scheduled appointment. I scheduled for 7:15am, hoping that would mean I would be seen on time. No such luck. They've been open for an hour, and they're already running an hour behind? This is likely because they are double or triple booking appointment slots. They have no respect for their patients. read more

So none of us enjoy getting our girls squished, but it is necessary. This is my second time to visit this facility for a mammogram. First, don't even bother looking for parking on the street, but the parking garage is right across a walkway from Solis. Easy peasy. The receptionist off to the side was super sweet and the registration process is quick and efficient. They use iPads. Next, you go into a waiting room to wait with other ladies. They have small dressing rooms to swap your top with a gown, then to a locker. The waiting area is quiet and clean. Lastly, they take you back for the pics. The technician was super sweet, which made the process not as bad. Overall, if you're getting your mammogram, this is a really good place to get it. I came 20 minutes early and made it out from beginning to end in about an hour. Whew! read more

This one's for the girls. Lol. Solis Mammography has a lot to offer. Parking is near by, staff is ready to serve, large waiting room with social distancing in place and one hour results! I am so grateful for their services. Parking is available in the parking garage. I believe for patients it's at level six or seven. You drive to the top for parking and drive down to exit. Angry birds drive their cars really fast and overlap their turns and ignore speed bumps. So, please drive with caution. I suggest coming early to your appointment because, at 9:30 am all the parking spots are taken. A lot of them are reserved too. Also, leave your heels behind and wear your sneakers. Their staff works really hard to get you in and out. There was this one Spanish girl with falsies who was really hustling. She was Bi-lingual and spoke really impressive Spanish and English. The waiting room is very spacious and clean with modern furniture and photos of Orchids. The seats are marked off with social distancing signs. Hand Sanitizer was available but, most of the dispensers I used were out. However, the front had some available. I waited 43 minutes before I was seen. It was getting scared they forgot about it but, they didn't. It takes longer to complete the paperwork than the exam. The exam is like 10 minutes. Small claustrophobic dressing rooms are available for you to change into a blue comfy gown that opens in the front. It was so comfy! I almost walked out wearing it! Lol! Dressing rooms contains a hook to hang your clothes for a brief moment, a bench if you need it and a full length mirror. Lockers are available but they don't have locks. I was advice to take my purse with me. Each locker has a name so you could remember where you put your clothes. They seemed to be named after top heavy women. For example, Marilyn Monroe, Tina Turner and Elizabeth Taylor. My Mammogram Technologist was a good looking girl with colorful hair and a stern voice. She was very nice, professional and conversational and understanding. Unfortunately, my mind was not at peace during my exam. It was the most painful exam I experienced. In fact my boobs are still hurting from it. Smh. It was like being in a torture chamber. When my exam was over the MT asked me, was I ok? I paused briefly, trying not burst into tears. I thought, I was going to pass out. I think, it was because, I'm intermittent fasting. Its like my boobs were pounding and they were swollen with red marks where they had been crushed. My Mammogram Tech was really crushin it. Lol. Even when I returned to work they were still hurting. I had to take two Ibuprofens for the pain because, who's got time for pain? As I left, with whatever was left of my boobs the staff was really nice and I got my results in one hour! Solis Mammogram was crushing it with their Customer Service and their exams. Now, Ive got crushed boobs and I don't ever want a Mammogram again! read more

Wow this place was great! This was my first mammogram and I heard stories about how painful it would be. Valet parking, easy and quick check-in, and no wait time. Jackie was my technician and she was such a sweetheart and not only was it painless but there was zero discomfort. Exceeded my expectations! read more

Professional and friendly staff. Well organized, nice and clean. Parking isn't ideal but, I think they have a valet option. I just park in the parking garage. It's kind of a dangerous parking garage (narrow and tight turns) and you have to go up 3-4 floors to park in visitor parking but, it is free. This is a busy place, kind of a mammogram mill that works like clockwork. Very efficient. It is comfortable and all the staff greeted the patients and introduced themselves and told me what we would be doing. I appreciate that. For many women with strong family histories or history of breast issues this is a nerve wracking experience but, Solis does a great job of making it as comfortable as possible from appointment to getting the orders from my doctor to performing my mammogram and ultrasound to results. I think this is my 7th mammogram with Solis and it is always painless! read more

Very friendly and welcoming staff. My appointment was at 6:45 am on a Monday. Parking was so convenient & easy. Valley is not there that early. Changing rooms were clean and roomy, if you short, tall, or voluptuous it's perfect. Separate waiting area before your exam was nice and relaxing, lockers didn't lock but then again I might not knew how to work them. Now the technician that did the procedure was awesome. Her hands were warm, she didn't hurt me, took into account that I was a shorty and lowered the machine to my height. Very pleasant experience. I recommend to any woman read more

My gynecologist ordered a routine mammogram and ultrasound since I've reached the recommended age to start testing for breast cancer. Located in the Baylor All Saints Hospital along with my gyno, Solis was the most convenient choice. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Their staff manning the front desk was very efficient and the wait was minimal. The technician performing the actual mammogram was extremely kind and very patient with answering all my questions - and I had a lot! This was my first mammogram, and the experience wasn't nearly as bad as it had been described. There was a display in the waiting room boasting a new contour technology for increased comfort during testing. I don't have any previous exams to compare, but I hardly felt any discomfort at all! The radiologist was very personable and competent. He listened intently and was extremely thorough. So was all the staff, really. Even with my nerves going haywire with worry and not knowing what to expect, I felt like I was in good hands. Last but not least, the highlight of the visit for me was the lockers! Each one was labeled with the name of an iconic female figure like Michelle Obama, Coco Chanel, Rosa Parks, Jackie Kennedy and Cleopatra. Choosing my locker made me smile and helped me to relax. This experience eliminated any uncertainty and false claims that it was a painful experience. The checkin was fast, the wait was fast, and the exam was thorough and easy. I regret not getting it done sooner due my fears. But thank God my results came back fast and with a good report!! read more

This is a nice center and its conviently located, BUT they need to do better with their scheduling. Everytime I go they are ALWAYS running between 45 minutes - 4 hours behind schedule! (OK the 4 hours is a bit of an exaggeration.) But, if you are 15 minutes late then they want to reschedule you! It is incrediably frustrating to leave one's job only to get there to hear this. They need to invest in a system that will call people and let them know because this happens ALL the time and some of us work and don't have all day to wait. . read more

While the check in lady was sweet and understanding, the parking is horrible took me 30 minutes to find parking and 10 min walk. They also bully you like a bill collector to make an appointment when your doctor refers you. Never will I use Solis again. I will gladly pay out of network read more

This place sucks! Front desk people are rude. Don't they understand that it's stressful enough coming in for tests!!! The lobby area is cold and not inviting. Been waiting in the back room for 40 min and haven't been called back. I can hear every conversation that is being discussed by the tech and patients. Where is the privacy in that? I had my results in TWO HOURS!!! This place rocks!!! I had to reschedule 3 times in 2 days and they were more than accommodating! It started with the wonderful phone customer service to walking in and being greeted immediately with the same cheeefulness. In the changing room there are post it notes we can all leave for encouragement. They made me cry, by the way. The tech was super sweet and answered all my first timer questions with a smile.
